I have been on a more intense health journey over the past year and one of the large parts of regaining my health was doing a complete overhaul of my conventional personal hygiene products. In this video I am so happy to share with you how I have minimized the products I use in the shower and also how they are completely toxin-free and won't break the bank!
I think you will be shocked by how well these shower essentials work and I hope it inspires you to overhaul the products you use in your shower to things that are healthier for you. I love having minimal products in my shower, with zero fragrances or parabens and all the other yucky toxic stuff in conventional products.

Thank you so much for sharing! I am also coming out of a similar season and I wish I had ever even heard of adrenal fatigue 2 years ago. Please share even more if you are willing! Thanks for your wonderful channel. I love the curriculum reviews!

You’re so welcome! Oh I think so many people need to know about adrenal fatigue! I definitely plan to share more of my experience on the topic. Sorry you dealt with it too - what helped you heal from it?
I’m so glad you like the curriculum reviews! I love making them 💛 I geek out about homeschool curriculums 😂

@@RaisingNobles I really liked how The Low Tox Life Podcast summarized it on episode 122. It drilled down that the problem wasn't the adrenals, but actually the signals my brain was sending them. I think Motherhood throws us lots of legitimate worries and so learning that my brain saw those "what ifs" the same as present threats forced me to really evaluate what I was worrying about. I also loved the bucket analogy for recognizing high levels of stress (or overflows!) and taking action to free up bandwidth/margin before that happens. I also really loved the Christian podcast Fight Hustle, End Hurry for encouraging white space in our schedules. Just a few of the items that helped and definitely an ongoing adventure! :) Also love your Cherish the Word videos!

I haven’t heard of those podcasts but I’m definitely going to check them out today, thank you! Can’t wait to listen. I’m so glad you are enjoying the cherish the word videos 💛 I had some technically issues this past week and that’s why I missed the Monday video, but I’m hoping to have one on Monday this coming week. Thanks for being here, seriously means so much!

Would love to hear about your journey! My 3rd is 14 months old, still wakes 5+ times a night and I’m obviously feeling so horrible every day. It’s tough 😞

Oh I’m so sorry! I totally know how you feel! All 4 of my kids have been terrible sleepers for the first two years of their lives. Do you mostly feel tired? Or do you have other symptoms that bother you?

Hi there, I’m also going thru some skin problems and just had a consultation with a holistic doctor. I wanted to ask if the bar soap that you use for your hair is drying at all. Because I would love to use it for hair and body so that I don’t have to look for a body soap. My only problem is that I have tried so many soaps for the body and they all leave me feeling super dry not moisturized at all. It would help me so much if you let me know. You are gorgeous by the way😘😘

Hi Ana! Thanks for reaching out! I haven’t noticed the soap to be drying at all - I really love it! I believe it’s oil based. Thank you for your kind words! ❤️❤️

This video is so great!!! 😁 I need to try these!! What about deoderants? I'm searching for something that works 😂 I'm currently using one thats aluminum free... It works but not sure how natural it is.
I love using Rosehip oil as a moisturizer for my face ❤ that is the only natural thing I'm using so far. I've been afraid of spending the money on stuff and it not working or having allergic reactions, lol.

Rosehip oil is a great moisturizer! My favorite deodorant is primal pit paste, works wonderfully and lasts a really long time: amzn.to/2GAnAir

TOTALLY understand not wanting to spend money on something that may not work! I think that was part of my hesitancy as well. But these products are SO GOOD.
