Amazing cut as always! I’m about a year in to having my license and doing a fade into slicked back hair is always difficult. I’ve watched pretty much all of your videos. Would you consider doing one of a new client consultation? I know what the Milady book says but I’d like to see how you approach it. Thanks for all your hard work!!!
All these people telling Eddie how to fade 😂 This guy has been a barber and an instructor for longer than most of these people have been watching RUclips haircuts
When you excess bulk of straight hair, you can go with the grain with a 1 1/2 to remove bulk & still see what you're doing, that's when you have excess bulk though, leaves what a 4 would
Is it harder to fade really thin hair? I cut my boy, it’s my first haircut and I could barely see the guidelines I was making so it started getting really hard. At the end of the day, it didn’t come out too bad, but will a client with more dense hair be easier to fade than someone where can literally see their scalp. I’m just wondering cause it was kinda discouraging that I didn’t perform as well as I thought I would.
These type of fades are way too compressed. Check the thumbnail pic.. if u were to see the back of his head from a distance, that aint lookin like a fade lol
He's not tryna do a stretched blurry fade. He did the fade like this cuz dudes hair is thin. He's not tryna make it look any thinner. U must not b a barber. If u were a barber, u would understand.
It's a nice blurry compressed fade...I would have reduced more of the bulk above the fade... it goes from skin to thicker hair then to very thin on top... Great cut but maybe the wrong choice for this client...Nothing but respect for this barber though...I always enjoy his content...
Eddie thank you for this video, shows you the different types of hair textures for seasoned gentlemen. Keep showing the variety 💖
Wow what a transformation. Nice cut bro
