Don't run 10mm spacers with the studs. It causes stress on the studs due to the hub lip length and spacer recess. Apex has an article on it. Studs needs to replaced after a certain time, faster if you track the car. Mine broke. Unless you are constantly changing wheels, using different spacers... I would not recommend studs. The studs are installed with red loctite and the removal process involves using a torch.

Apex’s installation instructions say torque them to 25 ft/pounds, which is basically a hand tight level of torque. Seems light, but the pulling force of the lug nuts torqued to 85-90 foot pounds probably creates enough friction to keep them in.
