- 2017 World's Strongest Man, Eddie The Beast Hall, drag races 2014 World Super Bike Champion, Sylvain Guintoli. But to give 195kg Eddie a chance, we put him on our 370bhp, Rotrex supercharged SuperBusa!
The question is, will it be enough? Can 195kg Eddie, on the 370bhp SuperBusa, beat 75kg Sylvain, on the 200bhp GSX-R1000? Time for a drag race!
It's the ultimate power to weight test, with added input from our mate and fellow bike racer, Ricky Elder at REPerformance.

Sylvain is a freaking legend.!! ❤
So much so my bike is modeled after his
Took my post 👍🏾
Sylvain is the most down to earth world champion. Plus he has ridden bikes with 300hp plus plenty of times before. Just what the superbusa needed for a relative test.
Eddie may think he has big balls but Sylvain is a gentleman and he KNOWS he has bigger.
Eddie is every where! 😂 Never expected to see him here.. 🤟🏼
Eddie is a big guy to tuck in and be aerodynamic, he always comes across as a genuine, no bull nice guy
But he can do that. He just didn't know or maybe told by Sylvain to do it. Also confidence to keep the power down of whatever bike is the one he was lacking. Perhaps, that is natural to the typical riders compare to the pro like Sylvain.
Just another day for Sylvain, didn’t even remove the protective film from visor.
Sylvain launching a 200 hp sportbike is sublime genius. What a legend. LOVE him on BT Motogp coverage.
Great video Richard and Team TTS!
We are installing small cables beside the header springs to allow the springs to do their job, to not blow off so much that they pop off, the cables will only allow the springs to move so much….
That’s what we came up w on my Gen 2 Busa TTS/Rotrex Powered “Beast”!
It had actually broken number 4 header at the collector.
You cannot hit it off the rev limiter so much, these “new”riders who don’t shift it just right, are probably causing this. Those sonic pulses at the rev limit are too much for anything to hold, over and over. But what a insane Busa, TTS is building the perfect and ultimate speed monster. It’s the multi-million $$ car killer, this is why we love bikes ! Bikes separating the men from the boys.
Sylvain is a superman! You could put him on a old scooter and he could win 🏆. It goes to show that it's not the bike it's the rider. Go "Sylvain"!!!
Eddie obviously doesn't know how to launch a bike lol
Yes
He doesn’t know how to launch the bike and he does even tuck in behind the screen. He’s like a big wall against the wind lol
Circus bear
Yeah Eddie seems like he’d suit a Bandit 1200(1300) old school sit up and beg vibes… reason my dad and other belly bikers hate(joking) on plastics and us sports and supersports boys etc 😂😂
Poor Ed. He was genuinely scared by that bike. I think his reaction was closest to an everyday rider, how they would be on the super busa.
Awesome Video, Big Thumbs up for SUPERBUSA. Always love to watch Superbusa videos. Please make More and more and more Superbusa content.
I’ve added a 4 inch stretched swing arm to my TTS gen 2 👌👌
A Brocks race clutch makes a huge difference too
Eddie makes the superbusa look like a pocket bike
Be careful mate, Eddie might start crying like a big baby and he might ask "if you wanna go" lmao. He got his arse handed to him by thor lmao after talking like he was a big man, only to get smashed. You can tell he used to be a bully in school
@@ConfectioneryCorner you can tell you got bullied in school lol
@@mark675 sounds like projection lol
@@ConfectioneryCornerDid you catch Eddie climbing off your mum or something ?
@@mooncat.787 i caught him climbing out of your dad.
You can tell Eddie is still so new to biking by the fact he brings his feet up straight away on the pull off 🤣
Sylvain is still absolutrly razor sharp. Love to see him ride bikes in any capacity.
Brilliant, great job by everyone.
Eddie looking great for his upcoming bodybuilding show 😂 Eddie looked like he was eating the bike with his ass
Awesome video guys
Eddy is a badass! Not used to it at all and he did really wel!
That wheel wasn’t up. Classic Eddie exaggerating everything as usual 😂😂
Blimey, didn’t blink !
Come on, please let’s have more of this please 👏👏😀👍
I’ve only been racing drag bikes for 20 years. I must say this was very entertaining. I could blow these guys away on a stock GEN three Hayabusa, and with our Procomp Hayabusa, I could give them a three second head start and will still beat them by two seconds.
This. It's so much about the rider. Quick question: I've put raising links on my gen 3, and the license plate is an inch and 3/4 higher than it used to be (handles so so so perfectly now), and my understanding is that this makes the bike harder to wheelie. So it would be helpful at the drag strip, yes?
Nice video and fun to watch! The Hayabusa is proper fast.
Eddie hall who has picked up 500kgs says "its scary" that tells u a lot
Excellent engineering. Excellent riding.
Great riding guys
Would love to see you all ride the H2R, that would be really exciting, please!
Top video, very interesting!
@10:16 is that Larry Spiderman McBride? Lol it's very much like him...
Eddie is the man. Eddie can do anything, strong man, boxer, bike rider, commentator and chopper operator.
He’s only good at one of those things lol
Awesome performance from Sylvan....terminal of 180mph in 10.01secs on the first run and then running sub 10's on the gsxr shows its not just about the headline hp . Will be interesting to see how Chris Moore gets on with his turbocharged production version of a Hyperbusa.
Chris did a 8.07 on his Turbo Busa with 372bhp 🥷🏻
He does have the anti wheelie laser ,I believe
Not watched this yet, I’m betting Eddie will want one.
Eddie hall is the only guy i have seen who doesn't look silly small on hayabusa
Absolute class video guys. Imagine if Sylvain had a bit more practice on the Super Busa....I reckon Car Wow would have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for a match 😂. Eddie's eyes looked proper scary through his visor when on it too
Respect to all what a bike I would love to try it must be a real adrenaline buzz and getting Eddie on a bike that fast awesome get Eddie trained up to go faster an great video please do more all the best
Sylvain Guintoli the legend! Lol he was already laughing inside since the beginning, calm as a camel.
He was just sitting straight up in the beggining😅
how much psi is the Busa running at max rpm? Is it on pump fuel? I suspect it to be around 16-17psi to make 370rwhp. 14.7 would roughly double the power over stock soooo.... I say 17psi
Eddie weighs 1.5 KG more than my gen 4 BMW S100RR M Pack with a full tank of fuel ! 😯
Super-Sylvain and a Super-Charger, what could go wrong?
Happily nothing did.
Looking forward to a Dony outing
what tyre did sylvain wore on his bike?
Haha great vid! Soooo frustrating to keep watching the Busa crawl off the line and bog, but it's clearly an intimidating bike that requires time ans confidence. Nice to see Sylvain in a setting like this. What a nice bloke 👍
Looks like a good time !
@175kg Eddie needs this bike to restore power/weight ratio,100kmh-200kmh would be interesting metric👍
420 crank HP vs 370 RWHP?? I never thought such 50HP losses can be absorbed by a compact gearbox and chain!
More videos about Superbusa please.
The 270 bhp Suzuki GSX-RR will happily beat 370 bhp Superbusa with major gap 😂😂😂
That bike needs a drag racetrack
Sylvian is a lovely person and a true family man and more English than some indigenous people top man
Other guy really know how to race
Big guy just happy to have a bike
Good runs.
Kudos to Eddie because yeah the weights kills the powers, but sitting on a 370 HP bike believed me the seat of your pants would probably changed colours too !…. 😂😂😂😂👍
Leathers weigh 20kgs !! Cool story BRO
Eddie you`re supposed to bench the Hayabusa not race it !
Beast mode.
The video says race but they mean in a straily line right ???
How long has Eddie been riding ?
This shows that those guys in MotoGP who rides the fastest bike in the world clocking 227.1 mph at Mugello got balls of steele. If even " Eddie The Beast Hall " was quite scared to pull out the maximim of the customized Hayabusa.
Eddie was right, confidence is the huge answer to keep the power down of whatever bike. He even didn't put his head down that's why he wasn't that fast enough like pro riders do.
Power to weight ratio is almost the same. Except you have a pro expert rider vs a novice at best.
You should put Jarrad Frost on the Busa....things would have not turned out like that LOL One weighs as much as a tea bag, the other a double decker bus.🤣
Any tarmac other than Santa Pod....is another ball game!!!!
2 big champions !^^
First of all, I must ask, where the Fuck did he get that suit from i cant find that size anywhere
You can hear from the revs used/not used that Eddie is scared of the bike 🤭and as for Sylvain 👌💪👏👏👏
Eddie making that busa look like a monkey bike 😂😂
Things changed quite a bit, when you don't have a Silver Back Gorilla on the Hayabusa 🦍😏
Give mr Bruce dunn@ Mcn another chance to reach 225 Mph on the Superbusa. Superbusa definitely has the grunt to reach 225 Mph.
To make a better comparison, you should also have done rolls on.
Eddie Hall needs to get himself a proper Raptor, AKA the F150 Raptor.
At fkn last! Frenchie is the first bloke who understands that bouncing an engine off the rev limiter is not actually that productive.
I'm remain unimpressed! To think the '90 model 1100L I've had in the shed for over 33 years ran a quickest of 10.32 and the best of 134mph completely bog standard makes me think these new fangled machines haven't actually come that far... and I was no Jay Gleason btw.
Bring it out and do it again. Make a great video.
When Eddie gets done with his run, he'll just pick it up and carry it back.
MPH DO not lie /💯✌🏾👑👍🏿
Wow
Race Chris Moore's turbo Busa ;)
Um ya, I'm having an issue with this thing going into single wheel mode at 120
Sylvain has flown over the hump at Mugello at 220mph multiple times and these clowns question the acceleration of a GP bike. As Sylvain said they're similar from 4th gear, before that they're so far away.
Please sir try Kawasaki h2r Vs tts hayabusa 😊😊😊😊😊
Tuck in...makes a big difference...the screen you can see through...
50hp loss between the engine and the rear wheel?! No way. That's more than a car would lose and there's a lot less transmission loss with a chain drive.
Chain, gearbox, primary drive, tyre.
@@TTSPerformance Yes I know that. A mid size FWD car loses less percentage than the quoted figures for the bike (?) The figures are wrong. 370rwhp isn't 420 at the crank on a m/cycle.
@@Slaktrax actually you can’t work on percentages. But for instance a Honda S2000 makes 240 crank it only makes 185 at the wheels. If it’s tuned to make say 300 crank the actual Hp losses hardly change.
@@TTSPerformance Measuring hp is a spiders web of confusion. The only accurate figure is rwhp and it then depends on what correction factor is used. It used to be ISA where the temp is corrected to +15c, 1013.2 millibars and zero RH. Flywheel or crank figures are guesswork unless the engine is on an engine dyno. Then! most people run an engine with no ancillaries, very few run the engine with everything connected including air filter and intake/exhaust plus all installed ancillaries.
--------------
Crank/fw hp is almost always pumped up because ''it's business'' £/$ 🙂
They changed the correction factor to J1349 (for net power) or SAE J1995 (for gross power). The older ISA was known as J607.
This more recent correction factor uses 25c, 990 Mb and zero RH.
Then we have the difference between hp and bhp with PS often coming into the mix.
I ran a six speed Holden Commodore with a 5.7 V8 on a dyno which made 357rwhp with a total advance of 24 degrees, in 4th gear (which was 1:1) and it was corrected to 1014 (?) for some reason, +15c and actual Relative Humidity.
This was done in the U.A.E.
The fudge factor said it was making 425hp
All I cared about was the rwhp and seeing the improvement on this car from when it was stock, 262rwhp, with intake and exhaust mods and an initial tune, 297. A retune, 313hp and finally with a very mild cam (357). Depending on who I talked to all gave different fwhp for each stage.
So in short I only believe rwhp IF it's corrected to the same standard (J1349 or whatever as long as it's the same from when it was stock. i.e. a before and after. 🙂
Sylvain is a Boss.
Eddie thinks he's so much better than he is 😂. He isn't even in the same league of Sylvain
You need at least 2 miles of track to let these bikes unleash.
Eddie is about the same weight as that gixer 😂
Good job motard
So Chris Moore did a 9.31 on a stock Gen 3 Hayabusa and the TTS SuperBusa did a 9.26 !
TTS want you to give them a Gen 3 Hayabusa plus £36k and it will basically do the same quarter mile time !! 😖
It's more fun.
I think this one is about top speed, considering itll go so much faster practically anywhere
Are these bikes as fast as Moto GP bikes on a straight line?
did it get dropped? the left mirrors taped on lol
it's to mount the go pro clamps.
@@Altruistic00 ah got ya, thanks :)
Eddie shook 😂😂 im hitting 175 on the motorway on my on r reg
superblack bird
He's new to riding 100%.
slinga bar between the bikes and see who can lift them.
Elephants not running as fast as cheetahs..🤔....might be a thing to respect...🤓😜
Solo le faltó acelerarla, tiraba los primeros cambios a bajas vueltas.
Anyone else wanna see how fast Chris Moore could get the superbusa down the track? #MooreMafia
Even a 200 HP gsxr jumps forward at takeoff and you can close the gap after a few seconds. An h2r and v4s will have already finished the race before they let you close this gap. Please drag with h2r and v4s.
I'm dying to see who wins the races with the h2r and Ducati v4s with two drivers of the same weight that we really want to see
The big man is loosing off the line big time.. cool race .. gsxr is sooo consistent.
Taking on a MotoGP rider. Even with Sylvain on a 125CC no chance to win haha
Please Tell Me Top Speed of SuperBusa😢
218 mph gear limited
@@TTSPerformance I made soon made a video on H2R vs superBusa on @ac25world97 Please 🥺 Promote ❤️ it I Love Hayabusa from Childhood 🙏

Good, but too long. Lighter bike with a 1:1 PW ratio wins, see also John Boyd, & Development of the F-16 jet fighter.
