Thats aluminum bronze, as the fins on radiators are aluminum, not zinc. Or youve just made a weird alloy. As long as its not used on critical parts, it should work ok though.
@@williamcooper2368 Like when a Condo building collapses build on calculations that forced it to be in its 99% rated load from new and them neglected over 40 years ?. Or oyu forgot to put 4 bolts on a plane door and it just flies of ?.
You can literally see the scooped out slag at 4:55. You can see it was not there when they loaded it in. You can also see them skimming the final product in the molds.
I do not envy them. All that zinc probably giving them fume hood fever. Burned off some of the zinc, kept the aluminum in, multiple pours on the molds not cleaning the slag. Could use it for fencing or decoration.
Those “idiots” are trying to save us from ourselves selves, dude. We’re way past being able to deny climate change - now it’s all about how bad it’s going to get.
I am glad to see safety sandals in use
Allah protects them
So much for respirator ,safety shoes, and safety glasses 😮
OSHA would have kittens if they had to check this place!
I wonder if the boss ever buys everyone lunch?
As soon as I saw the working conditions, I knew it was either India or Pakistan.
They are very lucky to work in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Your joking right?
@LegendofLaw of course
А что насчет перчаток??😮
Count your fingers daily !
Одно хорошо что все в защитных сандалиях 😂
and shirts that won't get caught in equipment.
Ole boy got on straight slippers..not even sandals
I wouldn't trust anything coming out of that place. Those radiators contain lead, tin, and a bit of brass.
3:07 I bet that smoke sure smells good
Lamentable éste lugar de trabajo😮
Genuine scrap grade brass rods. Guaranteed to contain metal.
Safety Second, as I always say!
Very hard working men. Much respect.
When you shop at Walmart and Home Depot just think of what you are supporting.
Brabrotinc (Brass, bronze, tin, zinc) A new material for rebar. I can't imagine what else it would be good for.

"What's the pureness of this brass you're selling?" ... "Yes"
They are making "lead free brass" for plumbing fittings used in drinking water.
Katastrophe
@@kenbakker3241, that is now another reason that I don't drink water.
Somebody needs to send them guys some respirators and he made me nervous every time he reach across that blade pick up the end cap off the radiator
That's a real "Random Process". They mixed metals and didn't skim off the slag. I wouldn't trust the end product.
THERE IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY RULES
OR PROTECTION.
You can tell when people don't actually watch the video. Dudes literally taking the slag out of every pot they pour.
Be sure to post how it’s done correctly.

That guy should be fired !...he's wearing gloves!
Theyre recycling metals...but definitely not brass
Once again, 17th century people attempting to do 20th century work.

Good idea, we can only hope it is not used in an industrial application.
Health and safety nightmare 😜
Good job ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Many many thanks
Это даже не Бронзовый век... это ещё примитивнее.
all that heavy dangerous work, for a buck a day, and their the better payed...
Is that table saw OSHA approved?! Jesus Christ. It’s a miracle he still has all his fingers. His lungs probably look like an 80-year-old smokers!
He has something over his face... he'll be fine. :/
And he’s using his safety squint, so alls good
get rid of those sleeves before you loose your hand.
Дети,молите за их души,пусть бог увидит это и воздаст всем по заслугам их
Very crude way of working
In 2024.
Странно, что у малого все 10 пальцев на руках

Hello ❤❤🎉🎉🎉
So toxic 🤢
Im sure OSHA rules are being followed
....boi's in pajamas....so solly, but NAH......bUh-bye.....(not recommend)
Proteção à integridade, zero
Dirty yellow brass isn't worth much.
the,guy in the beginning cutting the sides from the radiators dam, how, can,he do it without some type of eye protection glasses are not that expensive
The owners don't impose any safety rules.
forget talking about safety shoes what about the unguarded circular saw ??
These videos are all the same, and it’s a shame. No safety for slave labor. Time to form a union boys
air pollution. sandals on his feet and molten metal in his hand! I don't think it's a good idea.
Shocking No Health and Safety
Nice job fellas! When the west is eating bugs and rebuilding after the apocalypse we wont be high on safety standards either
Thought the same, but still glad to live In the West ,bugs or not ,not to forget climate taxes and expensive electricity.
That's crap i build old school radiator's and have built more than 9000
