Hello, this is a post-workout dish.
Today, I'm going to make "Suvid Chicken Breast."
It's not about using a defensive machine
I'll use a gas stove and a pot to make it simple.
If the chicken breast is too thick, it might not be cooked evenly
If you have thick chicken breasts, cut them in half.
If you want to season it, you can season it according to your preference
I'll add some salt, pepper, and parsley powder.
If the chicken breasts overlap, it might not be cooked evenly
Spread it as well as possible so that it doesn't overlap and put it in a zipper bag.
When you put chicken breast in a pot,
Be careful not to touch the plastic part of the zipper bag with the pot.
Bring to a boil over very low heat, almost as if the gas stove was flaming.
When you cut the chicken breast, you have to cut it while cutting the grain

밑간을 한 닭가슴살을 밀폐백에 놓고 약한 불로 7분 ~~
10분 동안 뜸들이고 결을 끊어주며 자르기 ~

비닐 부분이 냄비에 닿지 않게 넣는다는게 무슨 뜻인가요?
아 지퍼백(비닐)이 뜨거운 냄비에 닿게되면 녹아버릴수도 있거든요..그래서 냄비에 닿지않게 물에 잘 넣어야한다는 뜻입니다^^
