The treasures that we have in India, nothing is on public domain. The websites of Indian Museum and National Museum
Is a photo gallery of mantras and santris. Compare that to the Indian artefacts in the British Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Every single item is in public domain. MR Sanyal should address this issue first being a historian and researcher himself.

British never took anything from endia because there wasn't any country called endia before 1947,yes perhaps the British took some things from the countries that existed prior to the British arrival in South Asia ,but those countries don't exist anymore ,when those countries get their independence from the republic of endia they can claim from Britain their goods ,but endia a country formed in 1947 when British left has no claims on anything prior to its coming into existence...

India was culturally united. In your psyche, you have a western idea of nationalism. There is different type of nationalism and ideology. India was united culturally and spiritually. India never believed in creating boundaries to define a nation. I think you have to read Sanskrit, Pali, Tamil, Telugu and deep understanding of India to know its past, present and future. India has its own version of meaning of words, cannot be translated in English. Meaning is not word. India nationalism is more subtle.
