Yes, I know it's a paid mod, but the Arboron Novastrike sniper you get in the Vulture quest slays all. Mine is currently at Phys 1202 , Engy 792 and it one shots just about anything if I snipe'em

I haven't tried this mod, but it looks like they just took a semi-auto weapon and made it full auto without reducing the damage. That would be overpowered. I've been lucky enough to get and advanced Orion with stealth lasers early in a playthrough, and it's been great!
I would love a Mod that lets you switch on the fly between Full auto and semi auto or burst. You know like a real assault rifle lets you do. Some times you want precision and control and other time s**t hits the fan and you need to spray and pray.
