There's a lot of perspective, wisdom, & life experience in this video. You're right, we shouldn't put up facades and force a happy exterior all the time. You're right, we shouldn't succumb to negativity. And you're right, we have to be honest with ourselves. No illusions. It's OK to be happy and engaged in some things and not happy or hopeful about others.
Also, don't let this channel put undue pressure on you. If you want to make videos, you will. If people want to see them, they will. Things happen, within and without our control. What matters how we choose to deal with them, more than any particular outcomes.

so many humans get stuck in the happy trap, believing were suppose to be happy all the time. NOT TRUE.. Feel the emotions, share the emotions then let them go.. My mantra to help me get though is 1) Don't believe everything you think when feeling off and 2) YOU GET MORE OF WHAT YOU FOCUS ON! ! make sure you want what your focusing on.. I just found your videos and plan on enjoying more.. Loosing a child is a roller coaster of emotions, between your heart and head, like how is the world still going on..
