  • Soviet Mission 11 RED REVOLUTION for Command & Conquer Red Alert 2, this is a penultimate eleventh mission in the Soviet Campaign. Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 released in the 26th October in year 2000 is one of the most successful C&C titles ever released, being a crazy sci-fi oriented sequel to the Red Alert 1 released in 1996. While Red Alert 1 was serious and gritty, Red Alert 2 is wacky, comedic and a colorful game. We play either as the Allies or Soviets, both campaign have 12 missions, some of them are very easy while others are a little bit harder but still much easier than the easiest mission of Mental Omega 3.0.
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a 2.5D real-time strategy computer game by Westwood Pacific, which was released for Microsoft Windows on October 23, 2000 as the follow-up to Command & Conquer: Red Alert. Set in the early 1970s, Red Alert 2 supposedly picks up at the conclusion of the Allied campaign of the first game, but this has been subject to debate. Its expansion is Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge.
As usual in the any Soviet campaign during the Red Alert, we have some backstabbing and infighting when several spheres of influence have to clash. Yuri, that traitor waits for you in Moscow to thank you in person for the last action on Virgin Island, of course this is an obvious trap. Your objective is just to destroy the Kremlin, not capture or anything else, your only target is Kremlin where Yuri resides. The key to win this mission is just to hold out against Yuri's attacks, basic Soviet defences will be enough to win here. Once you begin, rush the small hill near your starting location, capture the Tesla Reactors to gain some additional build space. To the east and north there are two Oil Derricks that you can capture since beginning of the mission, a valuable asset to have. There is also a Tech Airport to capture, you have free additional Conscripts to use, but with Yuri's air defences, no chance to slip through. So, there are several ways to win this mission - using a Nuclear Missile Silo, Kirov rush or a quite long ground assault with your best troops. Kremlin needs two precise Nuclear Missile strikes against it, but be warned because placing a nuke triggers a Yuri's Kirov Armada arrival. You can however even win the mission with starting Kirov's sneaking them through the Yuri's air defences and attacking Kremlin from a backdoor.
