Personally, I always thought it would be awesome if you could give the interceptor blueprints to Gage or Red-eye and then have raiders take over the institute, making it their new home. Then you have the end game goals of defending your home from the Brotherhood, Minutemen, and Railroad. You could force scientists to make new weapons, or build a synth raider army, there is so much potential.
The fact that we can't even take over Dimond City as the Nuka World raiders is borderline sacrilegious in my opinion. It would have been the perfect ending to the DLC I think, with you wiping out the minutemen in their "heroic last stand"
Thing is, this goes against their very nature. Raiders in Fallout are just too high or oblivious to organize in such scale. Now, an organized tribe that ocasionally engage in raiding (like the Khans), that could work. But this concept is too OG Fallout for Bethesda to consider.
For normal commonwealth raiders sure i get that but the nuka world raiders are a cut above your average raider i think given enough time, prep and know how they could take over eventually, and i personally think it would be awesome if when you manged to get all the settlements under raider control a quest would start so that you could lead a massive raid on diamond city
As Institute Leader you should be able to incorporate the Nuka World Gangs to create a technologically advanced version of Caesars Legion from New Vegas; have alternate Institute Sectors in charge of the factions. Would likely cause infighting after a few decades splitting the groups into Warring Tribes with psychotic murderous synths with deranged handlers +teleportation +other advanced tech eventually causing World War 4. Of course only occurring after they wiped out the remaining Brotherhood, NCR, Enclave etc.
Me after bringing Operators and Disciples to the wasteland and overthrowing the Minutemen, then wiping out the Brotherhood with support from Operators especially and the Disciples... " Spread the word " - in captured territories.

Even as someone who likes the railroad, I really do agree that they’re best off hiding in this situation. A guerrilla group isn’t cut out for that kind of fight.
End the game with the railroad, destroy both institute and the brotherhood, never meet preston and the minutemen. Once the institute blowns up massacre the railroad, then side with the raiders and attack bunker hill, killing every escaped synth, now nobody can stop you and the raiders.
Ive never seen liberty prime fight a behemoth. That was just perfect, he puts more effort into fighting radroaches than fighting behemoths. Dude literally uses nukes and death lasers to kill a bug, and then just says no to a behemoth.
You know what's funny is that in Vanilla you can join the Raiders but still be the Minutemen General only difference is Preston will hate you but not enough to stop marking settlements on your map
laziness at its finest since the raiders are basically evil minutemen and minutemen also hate raiders, then the faction could be replaced preston could order the rest of the minutemen to attack the player and also send a message to all minutemen settlements that the general betrayed them all resulting in the extermination of that faction and then instead of destroying the institute, the nuka raiders could plunder anything that's even remotely useful: technology, fancy gizmos and anything even remotely interesting or useful to anyone and turning the institute into a commonwealth raider hub any generic non nuka raiders could be recruited to any of the three gangs, increasing their numbers or recruited as guards of the repurposed institute the scientists would probably do slave labor for the sole survivor in exchange for protection, resulting in unique gear i know that raiders aren't exactly smart but this could be sidestepped by having gage, the operators or disciples telling the player that they found some fancy blueprints showing a thing potentially capable of teleportarion and tell the overboss that this might be the solution to accessing this institute they keep hearing so much about but the sole survivor might also be a problem here nate was a war veteran and nora was a *lawyer* so this would be kinda ridiculous that the good guys are leading a raider army but then again this wasn't the issue to bethesda so what do i know
@Space Ace PL Fallout 4's biggest issue was perhaps having a pre established character with a well defined backstory in a game where it's supposed to be a blank slate the player can add onto
@@izunia8436 exactly while fallout new vegas also shows the courier's backstory throughout the game as well as in lonesome road, many of the pieces of dialogue are just optional we do not know for sure if the courier was male or female hell, we don't know if the male courier had sex somewhere in montana or if the female courier seduced benny and in case of new vegas, it's not shoved down your throat meanwhile in concord, massachusetts a lawyer and a war veteran get ready to spend their day with their baby and we can already see the characters' personalities as well as the small things, like their sexual orientation, which doesn't really let people actually *be* them and besides a lawyer wouldn't have known how to use power armour like a war veteran would

The brotherhood can't deploy Liberty Prime without the player, and the Minuteman cannot use artillery guns as well because the player has to clear the fort to get the schematics.
I can imagine an all out war between the Minutemen, Brotherhood, Institute, and Raiders. Pretty much all four factions will meet up a major landmark in the Commonwealth such a Diamond City or Bunker Hill. They will have an all out brawl. After they claim one of these settlements, the factions will start to try and take over other factions HQ. I can imagine a full scale raid on the Castle with Raiders storming from the collapsed wall, Synths relaying in, and Virtibirds flying towards the Castle. Oh it would be epic!
Oh I do this in my games quite often, I like to look at it as the extent of going mad in the wasteland, between all of the death gore and rads once the soul survivor hits the park he goes mad and becomes a raider completely and takes over all of the commonwealth for the raiders
My next playthrough is totally gonna be an institute agent who uses raider gangs to keep the Commonwealth chaotic enough that the Institute can do whatever the fuck they want with no pushback. Along with some HEAVY use of headcanon, to make the institute more fun to side with...
In this scenario I always feel like the Railroad and Minutemen would team up with the Railroad running interference and espionage maybe we would have to suss out spies in the Raider groups
I always thought there should be a way to keep all three factions. I mean, the operators only care about money. Give them the bottling plant and control of Fizz top mountain. The pack gets 2, the disciples get two and everyone is happy. All out war at the end is not trash idea. It's pretty common sense really. After all, War...war never changes.
I’m on a survival playthrough where I hit lvl50+ and collected every perk mag and bobblehead that didn’t require a quest to get. Got them all without even saying hi to Codsworth or triggering any main quests. Including bumping into Piper or the MM. Went to Nuka-World and am turning the commonwealth into a raiders paradise before I even go home to look for Shawn. The raider plot aside, I’ve always thought avoiding major quests for a while tracks with what the lone wanderer might actually do, they would desperately scour the commonwealth for any sign of Shaun before they start running factions. They might give up after awhile (collecting perks and grinding legendaries) and head home for any clues, that’s when they find Codsworth and the plot can start.
Why do I feel like the final stand of the factions against the raiders would be them setting aside their differences to not get absolutely annihilated, or them being so unwilling to they end up in a massive conflict amongst each other as the raiders roll in and destroy the last of them?
Im sitting here going, "I like this, but dont diss the Railroad like that." They may not have the numbers of the Brotherhood, but they have solid armor and good firepower. They could definitely be a threat in the ensuing chaos, especially if they get their hands on some handmade rifles. Deacon with one of those could be crazy dangerous.
The ability to tell a certain minuteman to go and X himself or take with him 3-4 minuteman AND help a settlement. NPC restock, have supply and ammo boxes that settlement NPC Can use when they have been given superior weapons or have the need to fix their equipment. Settlements with a certain strength and defensive capabilities makes it less likely to lose when being raided. WALL CLICK !
I wish there was an ending where you attack the institute with the raider’s faction , where the Overboss/sole survivor tells them how the institute is filled with all kind of amazing resources , and how they’re basically competition as well , since the raiders want to take over the commonwealth and the institute are in the way

*[THE LAST DOMINO FALLS HERE.]*
That Railroad meme makes me wanna destroy Railroad again 😛
Dew it
Yeah cause people fighting for equality definitely deserve to be destroyed
Stupid railroad
there is, or was, a mod for that. dont know if its still there. but there was one
The fact that we can't even take over Dimond City as the Nuka World raiders is borderline sacrilegious in my opinion. It would have been the perfect ending to the DLC I think, with you wiping out the minutemen in their "heroic last stand"
Been spending most our lives, livin in a raiders, paradise!
i hate the raiders and would never join 'em, but i think this is a great idea. should be an option
same here i look at the raiders os nuka world and think oh i gonna level up so much!
You did the railroad so dirty. Also, that sounds like a good idea.
The RR don’t care about humans so I wouldn’t say it’s too dirty
@@AdVictoriamBOSI mean you're not wrong...
Liberty prime said "puny god" to that behemoth
“Been spendin’ most their lives living in a RAIDERS paradise.”
Someone should definitely make this idea into a mod, with all the AI voices we have now it could be something amazing
“an elbow drop from from liberty prime”
*meanwhile bro casually picks up and tosses a behemoth like trash* 😳
If raiders win, then they lose because there is nobody to rob.
I have a mod called EVERY NPC IS PRESTON GARVEY. Maybe something with that?
To clarify, I have it INSTALLED. It’s not my creation. God know I wish it was…
Liberty Prime was so disrespectful for that move, wtf?!
The brotherhood are the villains of 4
“But that’s just my trash idea”
*Proceeds to drop a fucking masterpiece*
As Institute Leader you should be able to incorporate the Nuka World Gangs to create a technologically advanced version of Caesars Legion from New Vegas; have alternate Institute Sectors in charge of the factions.
Would likely cause infighting after a few decades splitting the groups into Warring Tribes with psychotic murderous synths with deranged handlers +teleportation +other advanced tech eventually causing World War 4.
Of course only occurring after they wiped out the remaining Brotherhood, NCR, Enclave etc.
Bevause of your i now can't get the image of Libert prime dropping a WWE style elbow on some poor unlucky raider
Me after bringing Operators and Disciples to the wasteland and overthrowing the Minutemen, then wiping out the Brotherhood with support from Operators especially and the Disciples... " Spread the word " - in captured territories.
How about that, plus if you choose the hour boys or the sisterhood of iron, you could take over nuka world and have two ways to restore it. Both the a track or set of tracks made of steel rails along which passenger and freight trains run and the League of extraordinarily stupid people can still fuck off. This is SaneDeerVroom tuning in.
Even as someone who likes the railroad, I really do agree that they’re best off hiding in this situation. A guerrilla group isn’t cut out for that kind of fight.
My man I think you are giving the minutemen too mutch credit, witouth you as the general preston would've died in the museum no question
Mabey the sole survivor still helped Preston get to sanctuary and then continued on there way?
Nothing defines Bethesda more than missed potential. Fallout 4 could have been so much better if they actually put the effort into it
Railroad Ballistic Weave is the shyt
“The niga world raiders”
End the game with the railroad, destroy both institute and the brotherhood, never meet preston and the minutemen. Once the institute blowns up massacre the railroad, then side with the raiders and attack bunker hill, killing every escaped synth, now nobody can stop you and the raiders.
Trash idea you say? Bull crap that’s a really good idea.
[Cait and Maccready loved that]
[Most other companions hated that]
In comes Heath Ledger we live in a society. I am an agent of chaos
Ive never seen liberty prime fight a behemoth. That was just perfect, he puts more effort into fighting radroaches than fighting behemoths. Dude literally uses nukes and death lasers to kill a bug, and then just says no to a behemoth.
You know what's funny is that in Vanilla you can join the Raiders but still be the Minutemen General only difference is Preston will hate you but not enough to stop marking settlements on your map
laziness at its finest
since the raiders are basically evil minutemen and minutemen also hate raiders, then the faction could be replaced
preston could order the rest of the minutemen to attack the player and also send a message to all minutemen settlements that the general betrayed them all resulting in the extermination of that faction and then instead of destroying the institute, the nuka raiders could plunder anything that's even remotely useful: technology, fancy gizmos and anything even remotely interesting or useful to anyone and turning the institute into a commonwealth raider hub
any generic non nuka raiders could be recruited to any of the three gangs, increasing their numbers or recruited as guards of the repurposed institute
the scientists would probably do slave labor for the sole survivor in exchange for protection, resulting in unique gear
i know that raiders aren't exactly smart but this could be sidestepped by having gage, the operators or disciples telling the player that they found some fancy blueprints showing a thing potentially capable of teleportarion and tell the overboss that this might be the solution to accessing this institute they keep hearing so much about
but the sole survivor might also be a problem here
nate was a war veteran and nora was a *lawyer* so this would be kinda ridiculous that the good guys are leading a raider army
but then again this wasn't the issue to bethesda so what do i know
@Space Ace PL Fallout 4's biggest issue was perhaps having a pre established character with a well defined backstory in a game where it's supposed to be a blank slate the player can add onto
@@izunia8436 exactly
while fallout new vegas also shows the courier's backstory throughout the game as well as in lonesome road, many of the pieces of dialogue are just optional
we do not know for sure if the courier was male or female
hell, we don't know if the male courier had sex somewhere in montana or if the female courier seduced benny
and in case of new vegas, it's not shoved down your throat
meanwhile in concord, massachusetts a lawyer and a war veteran get ready to spend their day with their baby
and we can already see the characters' personalities as well as the small things, like their sexual orientation, which doesn't really let people actually *be* them
and besides
a lawyer wouldn't have known how to use power armour like a war veteran would
@@spaceacepl4636 I think the Courier's backstory might not even be accurate as Ulysses seems very unhinged and possibly crazy from being in an irradiated place for so long iirc there's no evidence that we created the divide besides Ulysses saying so
@@izunia8436 hell, if we assume ulysses was at least partially true then the courier didn't even know about the contents of the package
iirc it's the NCR's fault that the divide is what it is today
they activated the detonator
that’d be an insane mod idea my guy
Bro checked that behemoth like a stop watch
Been living most of their lives living in a raider's paradise
The nuka world raiders are the best faction in fallout 4
The enclave comes back and whoops everyone’s ass now that plot armor is not a guarantee
The railroad didn't have a bad idea, hide inside and let your enemies take each other out😂
There should have been an alternate option in Skyrim to install Balgruf to the high throne and duck the civil war right off, imo.
I just assigned my gang to run a commonwealth settlement for the first time I didn’t know Preston would I insta-hate me lol
I was really expecting a full video about this to be on your RUclips, with the way you talked about it.
That’s fucking horrible and terrifying…..LETS DO IT RAAAAIDERS RAAAIDERS WHOOOO
The factions would probably tear each other apart once they get too big
because war never changes
Railroad ending underrated, you keep vertiberd signals, none of them are essential after you wipe out the institute and brotherhood and you can just forget about Garvey
If a grease monkey from the Minuteman can make a teleporter then I'm convinced anyone from The Operators can make a fucking teleporter
This is the greatest idea for A mod I've heard an a long time.
I can't wait to attempt and fail to make it.
I still say they should have made the Gunners a joinable faction
Oh I do this in my games quite often, I like to look at it as the extent of going mad in the wasteland, between all of the death gore and rads once the soul survivor hits the park he goes mad and becomes a raider completely and takes over all of the commonwealth for the raiders
A raider vertiberd getting rko'ed by liberty prime is a sight to see
That would’ve take the DLC to the next level, adding a whole other alternate ending like that.
I’m pretty sure the Railroad would run circles around dumbass raiders, since they could outsmart the Institute regularly.
Been livin most our lives living in a raiders paradise
Railroad motto is lie down and crawl you might not get hurt
The bos cooking the entire other factions because of the incredible man power and having man power support from other segments of the BOS
Bro just colinzed the entire commonwealth
Kill everything that moves run? Way ahead of ya. 10/10 Would recommend
But if we don't take out one gang, how will I arm all the minutemen with sweet sweet Chinese aks?
Been spendin most our lives
Living in a raiders paradise.
Why do I feel like the final stand of the factions against the raiders would be them setting aside their differences to not get absolutely annihilated, or them being so unwilling to they end up in a massive conflict amongst each other as the raiders roll in and destroy the last of them?
I Would Also Like To See An Alternative Where You Could Fight Off The Raiders Trying To Take Over The Commonwealth Alongside One Of The Factions
The animals is the only raider faction it hurted to destroy for me, I dont see them as evil
Liberty primes elbow drop is a nuke
The ability to tell a certain minuteman to go and X himself or take with him 3-4 minuteman AND help a settlement.
NPC restock, have supply and ammo boxes that settlement NPC Can use when they have been given superior weapons or have the need to fix their equipment.
Settlements with a certain strength and defensive capabilities makes it less likely to lose when being raided.
WALL CLICK !
They could have implemented the option of ending the game with raiders, they lost a good chance
I wish there was an ending where you attack the institute with the raider’s faction , where the Overboss/sole survivor tells them how the institute is filled with all kind of amazing resources , and how they’re basically competition as well , since the raiders want to take over the commonwealth and the institute are in the way
You can't encounter the Brotherhood Prydwyn if you never find Kellogg. This means no Liberty Prime. You need to save Preston and retake The Castle for artillery.
"Just because you can, doesn't mean that you should".
GLAD that I couldn't, I REALLY don't want to see my character INTENTIONALLY FALL deeper down the rabbit hole, considering that your character is a parent who has LOST the ability to raise their child themselves to a bunch of SOULESS scientists.
I never wanted to entertain the idea of succumbing to evil so the first quest I undertook when I first arrive in Nuka World was to go "Wabbit/Duck Season".
We keep spendin nost are lives livin in the raiders paradise
