    HUGE THANKS to ExpressVPN for offering all Food Ranger viewers 3 months free and 49% off their yearly package using this link: ExpressVPN.com/Thefoodranger . Travelers need ExpressVPN to stay safe online and to unblock any site. I personally use it for Netflix, even while at home in Canada, but also while traveling to unblock content and episodes that are geoblocked, and I also use it for security, because airport wifi and hotel wifi is often very insecure, leaving my data vulnerable. By connecting to one of their servers around the world, it’s just like my computer or phone is in that location, and all data sent while connected to their VPN is secure, safe, and private from others to see, so I know that my data won’t be hacked or looked at by others. Thanks so much for watching, and we have tons more videos coming up for you! Please leave me a comment below letting me know what you thought about this episode, thanks so much!!!

If we we had more people like you in the USA, perhaps our relations with China wouldn't be so antagonistic. I lived in Taiwan for two years and Thailand for one year and loved every second of it. Of course reading Alan Watts is essential to the understanding of Eastern philosophy.

    This brings back great memories. Studied abroad in Xi'an for about half a year. Everyday you would see restaurants cutting up fresh garlic, cilantro, & making the noodles by hand. Some days you could even see them preparing the animals. My favorite noodle is definitely the buckwheat with the hui style beef & vinegar to top it off. Amazing. I also remember grabbing the Chinese "hamburgers" for breakfast from the cafe. Really glad you're showcasing the great culture & food.

      Let me tell you one thing. There is ABSOLUTELY no difference between halal and non halal meat, except animal cruelty. It's just meat and it tastes exactly the same no matter if you are normal person or butcher from medieval dark ages. Eat normal meat and safe animal suffering from barbarian rituals.

    • @speedoflink
      @speedoflink 6 лет назад +8

      BEERCOASTERSpl That's not true. A lot of animals that non-halal meat comes from are raised in barbaric conditions but there are also a lot that are raised in good conditions and slaughtered in a humane way.

      但我觉得他有个问题, 他在西安和兰州主要去回族社区,让人以为这些食物都是回族食物。 这是很大的误解。你看不少留言, 以为这些食物是只有穆斯林吃。其实西安和兰州有很多汉族,并不是他视频里的样子。 比如,如果你去dearborn见到全身包裹的穆斯林,你会觉得dearborn是个全是穆斯林的城市吗? dearborn是ford总部所在地,那里有穆斯林社区,但并不是只有穆斯林饮食。 西安的那种宽的油泼面应该是西北汉族典型食物。还有肉夹馍,典型的是夹猪肉,可是很多youtuber去里回族街,就以为肉夹馍是穆斯林饮食夹牛肉。 就好比你吃个三明治,然后你去个清真店吃了个三明治,然后你给所有人说三明治是穆斯林食物。我就是西北人,除了兰州牛肉面确实是回族特有的饮食,其他的都是大众饮食。 不能说回族人在卖,就成了回族特有饮食。
