    Hello Peter. As usual very informative video. I myself have 20m mono shooting line. I have never succeeded in throwing this out regardless of whether I am standing in shallow or deep water. But I only cast with 11-13 foot rods, because of the Osteoarthritis in my wrists.

    Is there a different requirement in grain weights when overhead casting with a switch or Spey rod as opposed to traditional Spey casting. My switch rod grain window is 420 to 450 And I have been using 30 ‘ of level t14 and it gets the job done but not the prettiest loop. All so I really like your channel especially since G Loomis are my rods to play with 😊
