I play a more control style of Edgar keeping heavy on the board wipes. Phyrexian Arena, skullclamp and Dark Confidant for steady draw. As well as six tutors to search what I need. It's a deck with a lot of options. You really don't need signet's if you have the shocks, fetchs, tri-lands, pain lands and battlebond lands. If you don't have that package than signet's work. The list you have is solid and will do very well.
Mirkwood bats has got to be in here. Not a vampire but close enough 😂 and says “when you create or sacrifice a token each player loses 1 life” with the amount of tokens here that would be insane
Clavileno precon gives Edgar Markov decks possibly one of the strongest turn one cards in the form of Master of Dark rites. Providing you're lucky enough to pull this off. You can start with quick land > Sol ring > Signet > Master of Dark rites (proc Eminence). then Turn two add any quick land, use Master of Dark rites to sack the token and Drop Edgar. Alternatively you can hold fire on Edgar and play something like Immerturm Predator which then can start swinging on Turn 3 and use the free token for protection.
Edgar doesn't need ramp, if you play it super aggressive at turn 2 you want to cast a creature not a signet and later in the game ramps are even more useless
Have you found the deck to be consistent in a 4 player pod with no ramp in the deck? I feel like it’s a risk to play on curve, dump your hand out and then get board wiped leaving you completely useless as you don’t have any cards in hand and only like 5 mana.
Would like more details on how it would work and you should not put so many options it gets confusing on what I would buy. Especially for newer players.
Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, Bolas’ Citadel, and Lich Knights Conquest are some fantastic additions to this deck!

Impact Tremors is a really good burn enchantment that no one ever seems to put into Edgar Markov decks.

You should throw some red in there as well if you are getting edgar...im doing the same thing now...the Clavileño deck will be dismantled for Edgar

Edgar is so strong that I prefer to play him suboptimal. For example, I run Go For The Throat as a piece of targeted removal. The flavour is too good

@joshpickering5039 this is it. Need 12 pieces of draw. Most games board goes bye turn 5 and its top deck looking for draw.
