I was going to try and sleep a little more, but I saw your notification and said to myself, "Nope, it's Alanda Sunday, and I'm watching this NOW!!" lol. I love ya, girlie. Your reactions are everything, and while I watch all your reactions, the horror ones are probably my favorite!!!
Andy is a rarity in horror; a legitimate and definitive Final Boy. Final Girls are a dime a dozen but a Final Boy? Now THOSE are rare and Andy is the standard. Bravo to Alex Vincent for one hell of a character! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Damn that scene where Andy forced himself to be "Okay" with the doll just to make his foster parents feel better about themselves is so damn relatable...
The 3rd act of this movie is a banger, that entire sequence in the Good Guy Doll factory is superb -- and the FX work on the increasingly messed up Chucky is superb.
"Fuck off, Charles" is the best tagline for the entire Child's Play series LOL love you, Alanda!
Fun Fact: The fanbase says the Child's Play 2 Chucky is the cutest version of him. Do what you will with this information

Alex Vincent is by far one of my favorite child actors. He managed to show so much emotion and compassion and seemed so genuine. I'm so glad they brought him back as an adult.

You know what's kind of sad, is that it looks like Andy was actually starting to recover from the trauma. The avoidance behavior was starting to improve, and he was carrying the doll around(though it was mainly to put on a facade). But that's still improvement. Also it might not seem like much, but Andy actually felt comfortable enough to sleep with a Good Guy doll in the room later that night, which imo would have been a HUGE stepping stone in his recovery.

I’m going to be honest. That one scene where he took out Phil had me praising Chucky like a hero for a second lol. The line he used was perfect too.
