AHHHHHH I definitely understand that "not a 9-5 job so I must work 9-5 to make up for it" thing. 2 things I found helped. 1; asking my friends who work 9-5s how many "ACTUAL" hours they work- and it's usually 4-5 even tho they're there full days. 2; writing small achievements and acknowledgements each day I work to actually realise what I'm truly getting done. Society sucks with making us think our life isn't valid if we aren't overworking ourselves smh

I started thinking of my easy/zone 2 runs in terms of mins instead of pace! Helps me to not worry about pace at all 😊
