"My first cardio-centric poem is inspired by the autobiographical story of María Gómez Lara, a Colombian poet who talks about the moment in which a tumor was detected in her brain. Located right in the area where language is constructed, her most precious way of interacting and understanding the world is changed suddenly. For this reason, the music reflects moments of distress and confusion due to the complex event she faced in her life. Between the sound of the flute, the narrator, and the piano, we are immersed in the duality of the writer's mind between the search for answers, the fear and sadness that her story creates."

"Mi primer poema cardiocéntrico está inspirado en la historia autobiográfica de María Gómez Lara, una poeta colombiana que habla del momento en dónde le detectan un tumor en el cerebro y está ubicado justo en la zona donde se construye el lenguaje, su más preciada manera de interactuar y entender el mundo. Por ello, la música refleja momentos de angustia y desconcierto por el suceso tan complejo que afrontó en su vida. Entre la voz de la flauta, el narrador y el piano, nos sumergimos en la dualidad de su mente entre buscar el por qué y el miedo y tristeza que genera."
