  • Christopher Scholtes lowered his head in grief as his wife begged a judge to release him. Their 2-year-old daughter lost her life after Christopher allegedly left her in a hot car. Temperatures outside their home in Tucson, Arizona reached 109 degrees. Dr. Erika Scholtes said in court, "I'm just asking if you can allow him to come home to us so we can all start the grieving process, so that he can bury our daughter with us."

Gut this was not a forgotten toddler, this father made the deliberate decision to leave his daughter in that car. @@BlenduuYou say this, yet you complain when some people say that men aren't responsible enough to take care of their own children. He is the biological father, and it is his fault alone.

No, he's not an amazing father. Leaving a child in a car unattended for any reason is unacceptable. And to go off and play video games for three hours, with the baby in the car alone, is simply unforgivably irresponsible. How sad that this woman is in such deep denial.

Wait a minute, time out...🤨🙄...a father left his daughter in a hot car (not his first time) and went to go play video games??!! Oh no. Oh HELL no. 😠😠 Go directly to prison. He knew the risks. Her mom is crazy if she thinks her asking the presiding judge to release him is gonna happen.

Im sorry i dont care if he regrets this for the rest of his life even if this is what it took for him to learn a lesson.. its too late at this point.. hes an idiot. For one how do you ever forget your own kid in a car even if youre away for a minute. Its a whole ass person youre responsible for . And to be a stay at home dad and play video games while your kid suffers horribly with their survival instincts is to cry out hoping their parent saves and comforts them 😢 im a father of 3 girls and a boy ages 6 4 1 and 6 months.. i cant imagine this ever. He doesnt deserve to be a parent or freed this type of idiocy is too dangerous , hes a full grown man. And for the mom to want him freed is the cherry on top for unbelievable especially considering she said she told him not to do this. Theyre both idiots

Leaving your child in the car alone whether the engine was still running or not is down right irresponsible and stupid. And his excuse is that “he got destructed by playing video games and putting food away”? Smh 🤦
This is very shameful and pathetic.
Some people just aren’t meant to be parents.
