  • Kaeley and Victoria, employees at Keke's Snow Balls in Willis, Texas, showed how to perfectly handle an angry customer at work. The woman came to the window and wanted a $6 refund for an order that she says her daughter never received. After getting her refund, the customer called the 17-year-old employee a derogatory name. And the employee had the perfect comeback. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.

It’s just an everyday for us restaurant workers, people have no manners and feel very privileged. All cause of the “customer is king” motto from back in the day. It’s very awkward to experience this on the daily. People project a lot of their insecurities in restaurants. Kinda treat service staff as their servants… it’s super cringe and weird. My favorite is when you say hello to a customer and they answer with “bring me a beer” or “I have 20 min to eat so this food better come out quick” etc etc get a grip ppl.
