In today's video I talk about 3 ways of resolving the conflict of feeling that "I want to get revenge".
Something has happened in your life either by someone else or to someone you know. The feeling is that you want to get revenge. What do you do and how do you cope with not doing something stupid? Today I explore this.
A subscriber of mine, Hustensaftvernichter, asked the question about revenge. They mentioned that they had been reflecting on it a lot recently and wanted to know my perspective on wanting to take revenge.
They went on to say that they see in the world that many people want to take revenge for even the most nullite things. And when people take revenge they make matters worse.
Today I talk about how to deal with this and what my reflection on revenge is.
