@@MrRyan-fd9rd presumably from Asia or the middle east. They have grown and cultivated opiates and Kratom leaves for thousands of years. If it's mushrooms then it can be from anywhere as they are found all over the world.

I always thought it was an opiate but I never thought that it might have been kratom which does make sense. I don't know how people use kratom to get off of opiates. I know when I tried it it only made the withdrawals worse when that wasn't taken.

Thats definitely the side effects of kratom, opium from poppy, and possibly psylocibin mushrooms/DMT (ayahuasca)
