    Just want to thank you for this video. You just saved me $89. Couldn't have done it without your help. 👍

    This was incredibly helpful. Showing how you held it before putting the new air filter in was very helpful. I remember it taking me 30-40 mins last year. This year it took me 10 mins total. Thanks!

    Fantastic. Whoever put thumbs down on this must have money invested in a Volvo dealership! Thanks a lot, Volvo Guy.

    thanks for the video. when pulling the fuse box, on a 2016 S60 there is a button to press on the top section of the fuse box to remove fuse box. Without pressing button, you cannot remove fuse box.

      I usually do it with out pulling the box. But if you pull hard enough it will pop off.

    That video was very helpful! It always hard to know where to apply pressure when a part has to be "unclipped". Hardest part was getting the fusebox out of the way!

    I am likely to do it as I need to get to the fuse box for some other work anyway; Incredible cumbersome if you ask me. On some German cars this is much simpler and risk free. Thanks for the video !

      Bogdan Oancea I agree 100% but working on Volvos for over 10 years now, this one is on of the easy ones, look at my video for the S40, C70, and V50's its crazy what you have to do to get it replaced. and I hope the Video was helpful, Thank you.

    This is quite the procedure . . no wonder it isn't in the owners manual. Do you disconnect the battery since you are messing with that fuse box?

    I followed your steps with my 2012 XC 60. I couldn't pull out the fuse box. It looks the same as yours. How shoud I use the force when pulling, up or up and back at the same time? Will I break anything if too much force is applied?Much appreciated.

    If the filter is "stiff" and can't really be bent in the middle like in the video, would it impossible to get it in place without destroying it?

    • @TheVolvoGuy
      @TheVolvoGuy  4 года назад

      Yes you can get it in there with out damaging the filter but they do make it where its flexible.
