These are all very good for that extremely irritating and stubborn pain between the shoulder blades.
The stretch i found gave immediate relief is where you sit in the chair, feet apart, then grab an ankle with the opposite hand. Bend the arm at the elbow a little and it really stretches that difficult area in the upper back.👍
That's another good stretch for the upper back, thanks for watching!

Thank you so much.
Thanks for watching!
I've had problems in between shoulder blades and around for about two years. In my experience the best way to target and massage those points is to use a back self massaging stick ($20 bucks). But pain will come back. Stretches are very good, but most importantly you have to counter the hurt back muscles with other muscles to eliminate the imbalanced tension issue.
For instance, I did lots of pullups and wore a backpack. So I have to lift lil weights or use a rubber band to exercise muscles in the opposite direction of the usual hands/shoulder movements. Pain can be sharp though. Correct me if I'm wrong
Thanks for video. Likes to you doc.
Good stretches! 👍🏼

Hi so glad I found your channel, I have pain between my shoulders as a result from a new job involving lots of lifting and pulling, I have done your exercises and feel improvement already, I just want to know how often can I do these exercises in a day ? You are helping and doing such great work thank you 👍
These can be done 2-3x for mobility exercises. If soreness builds, wait until it goes away completely before doing it again. Thanks so much for watching!
So I did these exercises and the tightness on my right side immediately was better. A little after that side started to spasm. This has been occurring for a year after I slept on an uneven mattress lol and what’s interesting is on the same side of the shoulder blade pain/tightness my right ear has been humming and it gets worse depending on posture and I never really taken time to tackle the issue. It’s super annoying and when I ignore it, it gets pretty bad. Thank you !
Great to hear you're getting immediate relief!
its work thank lots
Great to hear that! Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video. It really works! I am dealing with this pain 5 jears now .Maybe it's the solution!
Thanks so much for watching, and please give us an update soon!
I like these exercises.Just getting started but I'm sure they will help, should you get the muscles stretched and relaxed before strengthening them?
