Nice video! I have discovered the dipping powder recently and I'm obsessed with it and with your channel! 💜💜💜 I have a question for you and people with more experience in this technique. Have you ever had little black lines under your natural nails after using dipping powders? I have only used it twice in a row (so, basically I had my nails fully done during 1 month with no rest, and after 1 week of no manicure at all I detected that lines in 4 of my nails). I have noticed that the dipping technique makes my nails flatter than usual, so that might be the reason. It would be great if you could make a video about how to take care of your natural nails while using dipping manicure (for example: is it recommended to rest a few days between manicures and give your natural nails some air? should we hydrate them more than usually? is there any health recommendation while doing and wearing dipping powder nails? how often should we change the manicure?). All based in your experience of course!! There is too little information on internet and we beginners could learn a lot!! 💅

If I was guessing I would say maybe trauma to the nail (hitting it on something) and it’s a blood vessel that popped. But honestly I’m not sure! Nails can also be a big indicator of health so if it’s painful or you’re concerned it could be worth asking a doctor or professional 💖 So long as the dip is applied correctly and not lifting, it’s safe to have on your nails for however long you want to keep them on 🥰 thankfully our nails do not need to breath between them. So once you soak off one manicure, it’s okay to immediately apply your next. To help maintain moisture in my nails and skin I apply cuticle oil daily. This also promotes nail growth because you are rubbing the cuticle area which is helping blood flow. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I missed anything! 💖

It’s such a fun trend! I press the glitters down flat so they aren’t raised. It’s easier to have them laying down during filing/shaping so I don’t accidentally file off color. It also helps it to not be too bulky 💖
Peek a boo technique is super cute! The glitters you have do pop out. I messed up mines because my glitters are too big. I definitely going to try yours once I’m done moving stuff.

Hi there! No, I’m so sorry if I worded that weird! They work great with chunky glitters! So when this design, because I’m not using it on the full nail, when I dipped into Erica, it covered over all of the glitter. During a normal application you would do the full nail in glitter, then redip again in glitter, then clear. So the whole nail would be covered, and the liquid would have product to absorb into. But for this design, because there were sparse areas within the glitter, the liquid have nothing to absorb into. Which then just created a tacky layer. So once I dipped into the pink, it grabbed onto the tacky layer. I absolutely love the low scent which is why I grabbed them first for the practice nails 🥰

For my first try I think I did good for what it was but I was definitely frustrated after a bit since I couldn’t do the ombré effect like I hoping for.
