It’s easier to put the vest on the torso before you put the figure back together. I’ve got almost 80 AF figures and I’ve found that’s the easiest way to put that style vest back on. Hope this helps out in the future.

Awesome !!! Thanks for showing this. I was already sold on these figures, but being able to do this is an added bonus. Now all I want to know is if the weapons and particularly the boots and hands are paintable? I would think they are, thanks again.

Yeah of course! I mean technically anything is paintable? I'd say it's no different than any other action figure. Only limitations are your imagination and patience

Oooooh. Shit. Idk. I guess if it's already destroyed you could hit it with the hair dryer on low and see if you can get them out?

I greatly prefer the hot water bath when part swapping figures for one simple reason. It applies all heat evenly to the figure, so no unintended stresses. And with the hot water bath you cannot overheat and damage the figures. As long as the water is not so hot that you cant stick your hand in, your figures will maintain a perfect temp with no risk of damage. Whereas leaving a figure too long under the hairdryer can be bad.

Everyone I've seen suggest the hot water method usually had it borderline boiling. So I assumed you had to put it in at a pretty high temp. I will say you shouldn't leave the figure unattended regardless of the method lol that's just asking for trouble. But I can definitely see your point.

@@ModernToyfare No need for boiling water. Fill a bucket or basin with your hottest top AP water. Add 2 cups of kettle water. Hot enough for tea. You should be able to stick your hand in for at least a minute. No heat sources applies the water batch will bring the figs just to the temp you need.

If you're asking if the arms easily pop off, I don't think so

Mezco stealth Gomez I believe is where it came from. I passed the idea on to Bobby so hopefully he makes some for the Action Force line
