I love how Wild Wild West is the second frame of reference for cowboy hats haha. Also, do you find EE to be very slow? I had a replacement request that I had to follow up on twice to get the ball rolling. Sent my item back to them for replacement on 8/8/24 and still don’t have the new one. I DID get a shipped notification for it but he seems not to be moving yet haha. Update: replacement should be here 9/4. Just under a month 😩

Since prices went upand so many toy lines it became overwhelming,then stores either sold out or a lando… Then on-line digital sold outs!! Exclusives 😂. I’m dumb for following. In other words they forced me out,since I prefer not to join clubs,my money doesn’t count. So I’m done with those companies big or $mall.

Targets in NYC are a NECA dead zone now. The Harlem one used to have good stuff but it closed.

This is why manufacturing factories should move back to the USA, Currently companies are having issues with Custom's holding things up. it would be great to really find out why Distribution has always been an issue. it is kind of turning into a No win for collectors, Nothing on shelves, Pre-orders being cancel, Delays with no dates etc. Thing are not getting better but worst. Pre-orders are not secured. Another issue is we have collectors who don't care what the sales tag is and still buy because they want it.

Is there really nothing that can be done about the 4 minutes of dead air at the beginning of these videos? I tend to start the video and walk away, come back 2 mins later and just switching to another video cuz the video proper hasn't started yet and I don't feel like manually scrubbing to a start point.

This NECA drop at Target is part of a program and the “set date” is Aug 25th and will be available online on that day. We knew about this long months ago. I talked about it on my channel

Just dont pay scalper prices they always cancel their orders on unsold items before Hasbro ships anyway. THe reason scalpers do this it is easy money no risk can sell everything befoe ships and paid for in advance. If Dont sell they cancel orders so not stuck with them

The Once A Man thing put me off big time, I'm tired of it. Happened many times, and I never thought I'd say it, but I'm backing off collecting Hasbro figures, for sure, 100%. I don't feel like they respect me or care about serious collectors.

I think it'll be far easier for people to get once a man than they will in getting a Tiger Paw (even a Vamp or Ferret) if it's not stocked in their area. I'm also certain that with the sunken cost fallacy that majority of collectors who in their heads army built way too much, or have everything look at their collection as an investment they cannot stop investing/buying. I don't think missing a few numbers would stop a collector, few holes in a collection isn't a deal breaker imo for most. Why not Army build an army of CoCo? Why not flip 20 OAM, it's free money, buy 10 Rattlers, flip those and those figures for even more money. It's free money Hasbro is giving away and scalpers have learned this.

Is this going to put me off collecting? No. Am I going to jump through hoops because they want to make this hard to get? Also no. These companies are pumping out way too much product for me to be chasing down everything they make. If something's going to be difficult to get, I'll just spend the money on something else. Might be another Hasbro product. Might be a different company altogether.

I commented on the Super7 Instagram post about those Sesame Street blind box figures and Brian replied basically saying that there are collectors that like the blind boxes and we're still getting all the characters in the carded line so too bad. I, like Nate, want the Oscar variant (and the clear Cookie Monster) but I'm not paying whatever they want for them and a 1 in 20 chance or whatever to get it IF I ever see them.

Sesame Street is a separate license from Henson and Muppets. Sesame Street and Electric Company are owned independently and even though they share the Henson heritage and DNA they are their own thing. It has something to do with PBS and the production company.

Can't believe Michael missed the NECA Flash Gordon w/ tree monster diorama. That tree monster thing looks like just the thing he'd spend too much money on just for an accessory. Myself, I got the NECA Dinosaurs and Alf figures. I like 'em. They're fun. If I can get the GI Joe Cobra Commander great but I'm not worried about it if I don't. I'd like the Superman statue but Todd can lick my skidmarks for his recent bull$#!t.

Excited for a few SDCC showings, went in on the neca first turtles, also interested in Jada street fighter violent Ken, and chun li…I’m with Cory, annoyed that two bad is an exclusive, will skip, but hopefully we’ll get just a regular 2 bad cartoon collection later down the line. I do enjoy super7, so interested to see what all they do for tmnt!
