    Beautiful! I remember wen I was in culinary school making polenta a lot... Where I'm from in the Virgin islands we call it Funghi, idk where they got that word from lol

    this is making me feel a bit braver to attempt polenta. I've mastered risotto, but am concerned about knowing when the polenta is finished, what texture to look for. Lovely video, thank you for sharing. :)

    I'm planning poussins for Christmas!
    No polenta. Medley of celery, onion, carrots, parsnips, garlic with tomatoes...as you've done (funny co-incidence) and roast potatoes /crunchy garlic.y Brussels! Am I overdoing it all !?
    Seeing your dish, made me confident that I'm on right track, not just crazy!
