Absolutely yes! It was really hard to get the hierarchies of all the Vertex groups to work ruclips.net/user/shortskukGJsZUYUw?si=ViNudCI_BJ684ODp, now I'm writing all the variables for the bending of the blades...
Yes you are absolutely right, I'm just trying to animate them based on a different 3D animation project about low base of servo system, I'm glad you noticed 👍😉
Very Nice rigging, it could be more complex if the helicopter had a stabilizer, I am really interested in the code part and its anim groups, it would be nice if you share your workflow, thanks
Hi and thanks for your interest about my project, this is a commissioned work and I cannot distribute it before release, sorry, many thanks for your subscription to the channel
Thanks Chris! In this video there are some parts added only to test multiple functions, so as you can see there are 5 hydraulic pistons while in reality there are 3, when the project is finished all rotor articulation parts will be correct
@@Helicopterx1 indeed. I see some added parts… but the operation is spot on! Really nice 🤗🤗. I’ve been flying the 139 for 14 years now… really love it 😊
@@helichrisPA28 OMG 14 years Congratulations! Always Offshore or also SAR? I'm developing the SAR version with double Hoist, FLIR Cam, Searching Light and all modules of Patterns managment on FMS for search and rescue. che bello!
Hi Marco. I'm surprised that having taken the time to animate the main rotor in such detail, you put five servos on it. It is not only that the aw139 uses three servos, but that this is the most normal thing in helicopters. I don't know of a single helicopter with five servos. Not even with four.
Hi Carlos, you are absolutely right, I also explained it in other channels where I published this video, I just making an extreme test in which to load as many animations as possible to try the FPS limits of MSFS, the model you see is not official, only the upper part of the swashplate and the one that will remain official, the rest will be eliminated and integrated into the new 3D model
At the point on the blade closest to the center (where the blade starts/ends), there's a part that's held on by two big bolts. Below that part, there's a part at a slant that has 3 bolts pointing towards the center, mounted in a curve/arc shape, and two pointing up. (kinda maybe looks like a corbel??) What's the purpose of that part? Thanks!
After reviewing further videos, particularly "AW 139 Mainrotor head moving part.", it appears that it acts as a corbel, and the three bolts pointing towards the center slot into the ring on the back. Helicopters are so complicated 😭
Hi, the constraints can be converted with blender to use on MSFS but it is necessary to create the correct Vertex Groups for each moving object and then write different Armature/Animations groups containing the Empties for the XYZ axes, later in the xml of the specific Flightmodel ( Int or Ext ) I preferred to write Local Variables to maintain the correct input of pitch and bank during the rotation to avoid the overload the processes works on GPU, if I will have a time I’ll make a video that shows exactly the processing.
Hi, there is not a release date because I’m working at software but also ( as you can see in my YT videos ) on home cockpit of 139, it is not will be freeware.
👍👍 WOW that's intricate, especially the Parenting hierarchy! I bet that was a freakin' headache. Good job! 😁

The inputs on the swash plate are 90 degrees in advance of the action required. Yours seem to be showing 0 degrees.

where do i get this helicopter in MSFS?
Looking good! Is there any discord server, where we can get updates?
Hi, currently all the updates are visible here on RUclips, I recently opened the discord channel, I will upload the updates there soon
@@Helicopterx1 Can you give the link to the discord server?
sry, i called the cops.
it's too good! ;)

Can you show what it looks like spinning in the sim? That's much harder sim msfs doesn't support constraints.

I'd hate to guess how many hours went into that?
Honestly, I lost the exaclty number of the hours 😂
