I agree it's not fair. I think they consider economics I think more space means less other game purchases. I feel so what! I love Skyrim. I don't care about other games
Oh cool! This -mod- creation was based on cut content. There's a good video on it by *Unknown* *G* "Skyrim Cut Content Episode 20 - The Vampire Quests"
Cut content is kinda an obsession of mine. Though in this case I more just used it as a writing prompt because so so few traces of the original content remained.
If more creations are like bard expansion and this I believe more people would be willing to support creations . I’m really really tempted to buy since I seen some RUclipsrs show how good they are. Keep up the good work George showing creations. :)
Okay I just read the description on UESP. This mod seems like it might be a bit bigger than the Bard's College Expansion. It also has direct support for anniversary edition content. If you own Blood Chill Manor then vampire npcs in this mod will comment on it, enemies can spawn from anniversary content. Rakoslod comments on several pets from anniversary edition and quests if you do them, Vigilant, Wheels of Lull, SkyUI, Achievements Injector, and Comap all have built in support. The new vigilant npcs comment on your quest completions of quests from the vigilant mod. Also the dev team is huge didn't know EnaiSiaion worked on this.
Oh, wow, that's a really impressive level of cross-compatibility! I was wondering if it would play nice with Vigilant, given the overlap, but really impressive to hear how much else it's able to incorporate. Wheels of Lull is a big shock.
This is exactly what I've always wanted to see: my favorite games getting regular, DLC-sized updates done with professional-level quality. I'd have happily paid Bethesda for them, but I'll cheerfully comp mod authors instead.
This is so cool! I love the return of the vampire nightmares - they're such a unique and underappreciated aspect of the whole thing! Plus, the palpable irony of how the Cronvangr claim honour through trickery & Quarra embrace brute force, and how both of those are inversions of the way their respective cultures normally work (with the dunmer notably embracing cunning-related Daedra and scorning the representatives of raw, oppressive power). Really clever stuff all around here.
LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DUDE!!! I can't wait to see your journey through this awesome story! It was such a joy to be part of, and can't wait to watch it unfold >:) Thanks for always always always supporting creators, and just being an all round gem, mate ❤
After Bard's College Expansion, I'm hoping this Creation rises to the occasion. That set the bar for me IMO (East Empire wasn't bad for what it was, it's just too short), so maybe the other Creations will be around the same level.
Look at the description on UESP. This mod looks bigger than Bard's College. It definitely has more npcs and quests.(Mostly radiant quests) Also it lists all the mods it has built in compatibility with that new npcs will have comments about the mods. Also the dev team is huge and has a lot of notable Skyrim modders that worked on it.
Did _not_ expect this to pop up today! 😃That's partly because I couldn't find much info on this creation and when it would be out, but I'm hyped! I've been looking forward to this one most after BCE, though I'll have to see more to make a decision on it. With that, I just subbed to follow along with this and other content. By the way, I think the amulet model is the same as those added by Dawnguard, which fits. And I wonder if there's any more to be revealed in the al-Skaven connection (Lu'ah is the boss necromancer in Ansilvund, in the same hold as Cronvangr Cave).
Lol. It is good that this creation has many integrations with other creations, but it is hard to believe it doesn't have a crossover with the main Skyrim quests such as Dawnguard. What if you already defeated Harkon when you joined the Vigilant?
@@DarthVitrial Oh, so nothing will be different before you defeat Harkon? I was also wondering when this story happened? Before or after the story of Dawnguard. What will be the best possible "lore-friendly" story order?
Awesome video George, thanks for covering this! Darth Vitrial put a lot of work in here, and it was a lot of fun to voice act for as well, so I hope you enjoy your time with the creation!
31:57 It's a familiar name because there's an npc in vanilla Skyrim named Luah al-Skaven. This name simply means that a person comes from the city of Skaven, since the "al-" fragment means "place of origin". It's not really a family name per se.
Did the mod authors just forget the Volkihar clan? Do they honestly expect me to believe that Harkon the Vampire lord who only could be defeated by Auriel's bow a weapon of a god! To kneel to this Weird spider loving vampire clan? You got to be joking!
I wonder if there's special dialogue if you've defeated Harkon. It would be weird having the vampires call you a fledgling when you're the ruler of castle volkihar.
There’s a few unique lines if you’re in charge of the Volkihar, though “fledgling” in this case basically means “lower ranked member of a clan” or "not in our clan".
i dont think ive ever watched one of your uploads when it was fresh and incomplete. Ty for the uploads its really nice having someone upload all these mods so i can get a little preview before downloading 100s of MBs of mods :)
Its wierd with Dawnguardein mind that the Volkihar Clan and the Dawnguard arent part of this creation. The Redwater Vampire Clan. a solitude city vampire clan with Sybelle Stentor, Movarth and his Vampire Clan near Morthal. Vighar and his splinter group of Clan Volkihar in Castle bloodlet throne and the vampire clan from the underground vampire city mod would also have been great to add and this vampire clan war creation.
It would be cool if someone made a creation like this if there isn’t one already. Instead covering various different Werewolf packs of Skyrim I’d love to see that 😊
I wish there was more vampire questline mods like this. I think the only other mod like this is Old Blood which is also a fantastic mod if a bit harder to access right off the bat as it requires the completion of the Dawnguard questline as part of the volkihar.
A truce with the Vigilants? Volkihar ain't gonna share power with these two clans. Beyond that, yeah, lack of Dawnguard connections in this is baffling to me.
Hey, this is a potentially silly question but I'm curious, partly since Enai contributed some things. Do you know if Blood and Snow gels with his vampire mods, e.g. using the Potion of Coldblood? Kudos on the release!
@@DarthVitrialvery excited to play this! I wonder if it’s compatible with Dark Destiny on the Nexus, as that edits Pinemoon Cave too (so probably not?). @@grymmoire 1: It depends on the edit. I literally just add a door to Pinemoon cave so I would suspect it’s fully compatible.
