Great review on the lite! Wish we'd been able to see it packed out with some gear (maybe remember that for future reviews). I'm 5'1 so looking at the lite, because most camera backpacks looks huge on me, so happy you mentioned that your wife carries this one.

It's a good video but sadly the 11l canno't be compared to the 21l 31l and 41l, because camera cubes are v2 so black ( just new deep versions for the 41l) the compartements open the same unlike the 11l. The only think that is the same are tote handles, and on a different scale the pouches on the laptop and tablet pockets, ok the back of the backpack are redesigned too but on the inside the others are still different and black.

I'm bummed they removed the key leash compartment and the side access flap pockets. It would have been the perfect bag with them. Edit: Did they also remove the bottom raicoat pocket? Oh, man.
Does anyone know if the side access flap is velcro-ready, so a small pouch can be attached to it internally?
Awesome video and great bag! But I guess it would be even better if it had load lifters for better comfort.
Does the Lite fit a MacBook Pro 16” (M1 Pro/Max)? Nobody on the internet have tested this 😮
The cube in the Lite is bigger than the 21 liter.

What is the difference in size between the two. The Lite does not fit the Canon R6 MkII, hard to withdraw form the side zipper area. Is the 21ltr bigger? What is the difference in camera space area between the two?
7:17 - curious, what drone did you carry up top? I was hoping perhaps I might be able to (safely) cram my Mavic3 in there....

Definitely in the regular sized bag. It would be really right with the Lite
Hi Fantastic Review. In terms of storage space strictly related to the camera cube on the 21L vs the camera storage area of the Lite. Does the 21L still have more storage area given that the Lite does not have the extra walls of the storage cube to reduce its total storage area?
Wandrd told me the storage for the camera area is the same of the Lite vs 21L
Have had this bag for a while and I enjoy using it but that fake third pocket on the laptop sleeve is so stupid haha I wish they actually put an actual pocket there instead of just aesthetics

Does the lite fit a 16" Macbook Pro? would I need the 21 for that?
we only have a 13 inch so we can't test it out for sure, but you'd prolly need to get the bigger one to fit a 16inch!
this bag is almost perfect..the rolling top just kinda ruined it with the velcro :(

Not really. I have one and its a real tight squeeze but then even if you did manage to shove it in, it takes up the space for your camera and will not fit the R6mkII. A74 maybe as its a smaller camera. Im returning the II ltr and maybe getting the 21 but so far have seen so many videos and not one person shows the gear that fits in the two bags!

How about the side zippered area? Is it slightly bigger so you can take the R6mkII out easily. You cannot do that on the lite.Way too small for quick access.

If you were getting the 21l v2, and we’re going to put a mavic 3 in the top section, would you get regular essential cube or pro cube? I feel like it would be easier access you have essential with drone on top but just worried about it not being protected enough during hikes
I usually keep my drone in the top section since I carry the camera gear in the main section. I never feel like it's unprotected there!
That’s awesome! I got the 21l , only thing I don’t like is the camera cube doesn’t hold form if you put anything heavy in top section… I ordered lite to try out instead and hoping the built in cube helps my ocd/gives more space in cube section and helps it maintain shape a little better
@@rachel7550 Hi sorry to bring back the discussion 6 month after but I'm struggling deciding between the lite or the 21l version myself. How did you find the switch between the two versions, is there really more space on the 21l and did the lite helped with what you were hoping for regarding the cube section?

@@bobleworm I like the lite a lot more, allows you to fit more stuff in it for the size of it. I feel like the 21 looks a lot bigger on the outside but unless you shove a bunch of clothes in the top section and don’t have it rolled down and are ok with walking around with it like that then it’s not worth it. I figure if I am gonna carry more then I would in the lite then I’d use a comfier or different backpack. The lite aesthetically looks cooler and less bulkier too in my opinion. Maybe if the 21L had a built in cube I’d like it more🤔
@@rachel7550 Thanks for the reply ! Totally agree that it looks weird when not rolled down haha. Thanks for the feedback, I might go for the lite if you can carry almost the same between the two. The fact that the cube is built looks like it's more practical, economic and also lighter. I only have a minimal setup for small walks, a fuji xt20 and 1-2 lenses, so the thing i was more concerned about was having enough room for packing a jacket on the top part while having it rolled down but on worse case, i can manage it with straps. For bigger config or trips I have a big 450AWII also but I think it will be life changing for my back to pack smaller in these cases where I want to be light haha!
