    ”Yeah-Nah" and "Wanna Hiding" are the most frequently used slangs above the others. 😂 If you walk into every household, nearly all families would use this. It'd be hard to miss it

    A lot of these are also British but slightly different for example we say “chocka but add “block” like oh this room is chocka block with people”

    In some Kiwi subsets "Wanna hiding?" is followed by the "jandal" and then going off to "pack a sad" especially if you got a "mean as" hiding.

    The way he describes 'keen' makes it sound like it means 'hot for' but it's much more general than that. Keen is also used in the same as 'interested in' or 'up for trying'. It can also be used as a single word to mean mean 'i like it'

      In Canada, we use the word 'yarn' in pretty much the same sense - as in, "it was quite a yarn, wasn't it?" or, "it was quite a story, wasn't it?"

      Yea that's how squizz is normally used but we would also use "gizza" (gizz-ah) short for give us a ..., Gizza squizz/go/turn/bite etc.

    Munted also means broken... and you can be keen for things other than girls you wanna root. E.g if you’re hungry you could say you’re keen for a feed.

      Might mean like wasted or something. So if you were trying to say someone was drunk and wasted, munted can be used. On the other hand, an object can be broken or wasted, and you can say like “that kennel is munted.”
      Just a thought.

    When I was a Kiwi living in Aussie I was surprised to discover how many "Kiwi-isms" were also "Aussie-isms" - lots of common slang but so many of these in the video are pure Kiwi 🙂 You nailed it! Did you mention sweet as aka no worries!
