As I get older I feel like Noel's songs call out to me more. Both Noel and Liam were still very young when the band started, but it's crazy to think that Noel had all these songs up his sleeve. Songs like these feel like secrets, a real gem and treasure for the fans.

It was great back then 😊. I would look forward to buying Oasis’s cd singles because the b sides were always frightening good , they felt better as they were understated , he had such a wealth of material that the singles were like mini albums 😊

I first heard this song in the acid house and always thought it was Elbow. So glad it turned out to be Oasis. Nice one

My father was a huge Beatles fan, today he is no longer with me, but I'm glad to know that pulled the same taste it, Oasis is like a continuation of the Beatles! :)

stickypool Be Here Now was such a wasted opportunity. So many songs should’ve gone on there and it would be considered up there with the previous two.

I used to listen to this song ritually on my way to pick up my girlfriend on our way to school back in high school. I would blast it and sing my face off, then when she got in the car I would turn that shit down and she would make me put on Urban Hymns-Verve, haha.

How about this for how Be Here Now could have been:
    1: D'You Know What I Mean?
    2: I Got (The Fever)
    3: Going Nowhere
    4: Stand By Me
    5: Stay Young
    6: Fade In-Out
    7: Don't Go Away
    8: The Fame
    9: All Around The World
    10: It's Getting Better (Man!!)
11: All Around The World Reprise
I still think the actual Be Here Now is unfairly slanted, but this version could have been awesome- as good as Morning Glory maybe! Noel defo had the songs around in 1997 to make a classic album.
