Easy mode with a dry shot is to just spray BEFORE the MAF sensor and it will automatically add fuel since it sees the increase in airflow. That was the trick to spraying Camaros, Corvettes and Mustangs back in the day without paying for a wet kit.

Maybe you have done this before but if not can you do a quick vid on Dyno results for running a aluminum intake manifold with stock open heat cross over and then running it blocked off with whatever you suggest: butter knife, metal shims etc... In the blogs/forumns I have read 20-25hp gain. Any truth to this? I I'm pulling my Edelbrock performer off my Ford 390 Fe motor to fix a leak and will be doing the heat cross over block off.

So if you run dry behind the throttle body how does the tune know when you have nos? I always thought you ran dry in front of the MAF so it could read the extra oxygen going into the engine and adjust accordingly up to the max amount of fuel the injector could push.

I was hemming and hawing over getting the subscription right up until the big D came around. I chose not to even get cable after seeing too many Amish mafia commercials while trying to stream Mythbusters clips. That company doesn't need my money and they gladly rig "races" and fake "We're gunna lose the shop!!" drama on their original programming. It just sucks that having to get in bed with those kind of companies and the kind of advertisers they cater to is the cost of making automotive content that tries to give people real information.
