This time of year the leaves can be a bit much and hide the trails, fun in a way but also not so fun! I haven't heard of any other mtb trails nearby Legend Park, perhaps I'll go on an exploration ride to find the trail to which you are referring. It certainly would be super cool if there are new trails somewhere nearby the park!!
LOL NICE! Sorry its been so long, I had a bout of Covid in there with some lingering effects for a while! Kicked that though so there will be more videos coming soon!
550 City Rd, Clayton, NC 27520 There is a gravel parking lot located here. Google says the park is permanently closed. As far as I know, this is INCORRECT. The lower trails are closed but the upper trails remain open. I was able to park in this parking lot less than a month ago and ride all the upper trails without any sign of closure.
I requested a change to google maps to reflect Legend Park as open. It was accepted. Google maps should now show Legend Park as being open. A win for everyone!
I rode these trails today and the grass and leave was everywhere we couldn’t see the trail end up getting on a mtb trail up the road from legend

@@justicenewell2403 That would be fantastic! Are you by chance referring to the Williamson Preserve?
