About the Book:

A Note from Me:
One of my favorite reads of 2023, The Sword of Kaigen has some of the best character arcs I have ever read, and I found myself so engrossed in the extremely intricate elemental magic system and battle sequences. Two chapters in particular, “The End” and “The Duel” were so incredibly well written, and go down on my list of favorite chapters of all time. Tears were shed, and I would highly recommend this moving story about family, duty, sacrifice, loss, love, and self-discovery.
