Julia, i have followed you from the beginning and it is just so humbling to see where your journey of self discovery has taken you... from your small (but perfect for where you were at) little apartment in Canada filming your gorgeous food to solo travelling in namibia and filming not only your food but your spiritual path and growth... WOWEEE! All of it has been so heart warming and authentic. You truly are a warm light in this world, thank you for taking us along with you x
Jesus said “ I am the Way , the Truth & the Life. “ we come to Father God through Jesus . God is love and the one who remains in love , remains in God and God is in them. Julia - May you continue to find the Truth by the Spirit of God 💕🕊🙏 Sending you love ❤️
Bhagavad Gita has something for everyone I am so glad it had something for you as well also what a great time to address this Tomorrow 26th is actually the birthday of Lord Krishna the narrator of Bhagavad Gita May He bless us all 🙏🏻❤
You have a beautiful voice. Your singing voice was so soothing and comforting. Maybe take up singing as a hobby? As another creative form of self expression and outlet.
I look up to you so much. This is such a beautiful video. I’ve been manifesting my perfect life ever since I was a little girl praying that everything turns out well ❤
So good to see you expand your spiritual journey it’s so inspiring. I’m also on my own growth journey this year. It’s so comforting to see someone else is too :)
OMG! i opened my computer thinking, " i cant wait for Julias next video!" and then i opened youtube and there you were! first video! YAY! love you julia!
Loving your most recent content EVEN MORE than usual. Thank you for sharing your beautiful thoughts and insights with us Julia. You have such a beautiful soul! I love watching your journey. As I am on a similar one myself. Sending you blessings and gratitude! 🙏🏼💚☮️🌱☀️🍄
I am so glad you're finding bhgvad Gita so inclined with your spiritual goals. Krishna says that I am within everything and anything, I am in a random stone and in random animal and in random human!!!! You're very peaceful and it brings peace to me🥹💓
So surreal to hear you chanting on the morning of janamashtami (Krishna’s birthday). He was born today (IST) at 12 in the night. Along with the Bhagwan Gita you should read his stories, which will tell you the ultimate purpose of his human life form and birth in this universe(planet). Also, plan your visit to any ISCKON nearby (almost in every country). Then maybe to Vrindavan, India someday😊. Hare Krishna Julia. ❤
I'm glad to see that you are still finding fulfilment in your travels and spiritual journey, wherever it is that you ultimately find yourself. I almost forgot that you actually had a decent singing voice which reminds me of the musician Jahnavi Harrison who specializes in Krishna inspired spiritual music & meditation. Best of luck on your adventures.
I’ve been wanting to read the Bhagavad Gita for a while, you just inspired me to finally buy it. 💜 Would you mind sharing which translation you are reading?
You are God, Sovereign, and Free already without requiring labels - be weary of Hare Krishna tradition in the physical, stick to the literature itself, not the cult ❤
You are absolutely right about how men put their eyes on you when you dressed. We really are not dresses for you 😂 that is why we Muslims girls cover ourselves (bodies) when we are outside 😍 love your channel
Warning it's 2:00 a.m. I'm really stoned sitting on the beach so this might be a little rambling. It seems like we are on very similar spiritual quests. Even down to the feelings the word God brings up. Or I'd have to say used to bring up in me a year or two ago. If you want to go a little deeper down this non-dualistic path. I really recommend you checking out Kashmir Shiveism aka or at least very close non-dual Shiva Tantra. Please don't hear tantra and think the North American sexual practice. Neo tantra would be a way to reference the North American sexual tantra and classical tantra would be the very old spiritual path from Kashmir which is basically the launching pad of Buddhism. And has nothing to do with sex I mean as far as the main point of the religion , if sex is part of your life your spiritual beliefs are going to be involved in that too right no matter what your spirituality is. A good place to look would be Christopher Wallace and the books he has written especially tantra illuminated. But it's definitely written from a scholarly point of view. The North American tantra is just basically spiritualized sexuality which if that's your thing there's nothing wrong with that but it's not the same thing at all. A few reasons why I ended up being drawn to this is because 1 most of these Hindu traditions and Buddhist traditions for that matter were meant for renunciates who are going to give everything up and to devote their entire life to the spiritual path. For a lot of them it would be frowned upon in their original form for an everyday person (that they call a householder) to preform these rituals and practices. Basically the idea being if you don't give everything up you're not serious enough about the practice. 2 A lot of these Hindu and Buddhist traditions they see outsiders basically as racially appropriating them and that even went for hundreds and hundreds of years ago. But in non-dual tantra they have a saying that it is better to initiate a sincere outsider then a insincere Brahmin. So on this spiritual path there is no such concern of racial appropriation or the feeling of outsiders taking something over that's not theirs. which definitely does exist in a lot of other spiritual paths we just as North Americans don't really see that because we're not exposed to that part of it. But if you look at things like Kundalini yoga, which was born out of non-dual Tantra, that have in North America is really a bastardized version of that. It's really just using energy work to make yourself feel high less than a spiritual path. But Kundalini certainly comes from tantra. 3 a lot of the Hindu spiritual paths weren't meant to initiate women. Now it's not proven but there are things that point to Tantra actually being first practice by women. And you can see a lot of that in the very feminine nature of the path. 4 They certainly talk about you know needing to get past the ego and stuff like that but they don't see the ego as sin or bad like a lot of other spiritual paths. They don't see a lot of things as bad or sinful like a lot of other paths do. They don't see being human, being alive, us being here or thought as wrong or bad or something that needs to be fixed. There is certainly no original sin in Tantra. Because of what you were talking about in this how everything is God We are God dancing on a tapestry of God observing God eating God breathing God living God and nothing is really good or bad it's just what it is and we tie the emotion to it. So in that sense they see everything as a form of worship. Everything you do in your life washing, dishes , doing the laundry, meditating, yoga, thinking even bad thoughts is all a chance to be mindful be present to observe it to absorb it to come closer to God to move forward on the spiritual path. It is not a transcendental spiritual path with the idea is to move beyond something. The whole idea is this is everything, there is no destination to get to, there is this only moment every moment. worship it. praise it. be in it with. The Good The bad and the ugly love it at all times in every moment. They see life and thought and love and emotion and all of that as a gift to be used to learn. Not something that is wrong and needs to be overcome. Although that being said once you move far enough along the spiritual path you will lose the desires and the ego and all of that. So the end game is the same it is just a kinder more understanding happier vibe filled way of seeing the spiritual path. Because I mean after all no matter what path you're following the end goal is always going to be the same because there's only one God that we all call a different name. I personally believe any spiritual path practiced with love and sincerity will bring you closer to God. I just think that this one really vibes with me there's no other way to say it. Because it vibes with being alive and existing as a good thing not a bad thing. I'm sorry that was so long and rambling I smoke a ton of weed and sometimes things don't come out the way I want them to but I really think you should check it out I really think it would fit with your vibe.
I think you need to consider that we are here to learn lessons. There is nothing “wrong” but you will keep repeating lessons until you learn them. Specifically men. If you keep attracting to the same type of guy and aren’t learning the lesson you will get more of the same and it is up to you how often you want to repeat things you don’t want. Just because they come again doesn’t mean it was supposed to be that way, but happens again because the lesson wasn’t learned. Definitely not wrong though unless you are tired of suffering through the same thing and then it is time to change an aspect. One thing I have learned is that I am not a victim and everything I am unhappy with is up to me to change and every minute I am unhappy is my responsibility to fix. If you stay in a relationship or job or house that makes you unhappy it is a choice and decision you made. Everything I want is up to me to create.
