Ram really reminds me of the trouble I have with Majin Buu… Both have insane mix-up potentials and hundreds of ways to start a combo, but afterwards there really aren’t too many routes to make things interesting (albeit I think Ram is better than Buu on that regard). Anyways…
My first fighting game was GG Strive, but I really wanna get into XRD Rev 2 just based on how absolutely awesome Ram plays in XRD compared to Strive(Though i still like playing Strive Ram too). These combos go on for YEARS bro. Awesome video!!!
I love how you can do long combos and it would take only 40% meaning the match can last more lengthy and feel like more of a skill based feel...so beautifuk
OMG I LOVE YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!! THANK YOU FOR A DECENT RAM VID!!🥰 I just picked up Xrd rev 2 and I instantly fell in love with Ram after my first match with her. I only knew little tips like how most of her tension comes from sword attacks and stuff like that. It could just be me, but I feel like strategy is a something that should be considered with Ramlethal when placing her minions/swords.
Yea her entire game plan is setting up swords after knockdowns or to fool you with low/overhead/commandthrow resets in corner strings. Check out the video in the description.
2 years later still great, used a lot of your DBFZ videos to help me learn characters. Now that im learning GG, turns out you have a boatload of GG videos. Thanks, your videos are godlike. Also your editing is still godlike even 2 years earlier wtf

Im coming back after long break from FG so like my muscle memory is sht but I still have my fundamentals thank god, Thing I learn that I didn't notice earlier is Ram combo starter the green X( too lazy to look up name) is not as bufferable as it was in original xrd I feel (the versoin of these GG I played the most) or at least when u do down dusk, also her swords input can fk up your combo cause it too bufferable lol I sometimes complete whole strings and she throw out swords and I'm like not even pressing any inputs now overall love her.
I can take a look at Axl later, but honestly I never properly learned him so don't know how it would turn out PS: lol Same content here and on Bili other than some re-uploaded things but thanks for the follow~
Did you go through the Missions (those that need 5 consecutive successes to pass)? They do a great job of teaching the mechanics. Combo trials are fine too but you can also learn by watching matches. Look for match footage on keeponrock.in/#/
Mine are mostly for fun or exhibition, so not really something you have to master for gameplay. Let loose your mind once in a bit and you can do these things too~
Keys Lockhart wouldn’t say it makes you bad, newbies can pick it up for sure but when u actually wanna style on Chiggas with mean specific combos it ain’t easy. I ve just picked up guilty gear again tho, break from tekken, but will prob go back to fighterz too, I love DBZ but game just got stale but that’s coz I didn’t bother to put in the time and brushed it off as a scrub game when really I know it isn’t lol

XX, Xrd and Strive all have very different mechanics. I highly recommend giving the older titles a try.

She's a very fun character. Put in time and you'd see yourself doing Ram's combo effortlessly.
