Only things I DON’T like are a) sleeper is too small for my taste and a flat top; and, b) I don’t have the $$$ to buy it NOW.
I’d prefer a 6NZ Cat, but the N14+ is also a solid engine.

They make this really nice 1/4” and 1/2” AbS plastic sheet material that might be worth a look...impervious to weather so it’s long lasting and won’t absorb oil etc
That is THE way to alter the frame.
Where I work, we usually just put diamond shaped plate over the seam(s) on the inside of the frame.
If I know the truck will haul heavy, or be abused, it will get sleeved, just like you guys do.
Triple framed one that got a 50 ton rotator on it.
Excellent job on the rest of the truck.
BTW, there are some tires up front with your name on them.
Ask for me in the shop, would love to visit a little.
If I'm not off tractor pulling with Big or Vaughn.

what wheels do you guys have up there? We need to get them in asap we are having trouble getting our polishing and sanding discs for our machine with this covid stuff. they are made on the east coast and havent been open. we are still doing wheels now but are getting very low on supplies

Do you know of any system for axle mounted rear fenders? Just for a fender that's as tight as possible to the tires. This Green is a beautiful piece

no sorry this truck sold rather quickly went to new jersey. we have a day cab being released this week and a few new projects coming up. the popularity of the videos are moving the trucks we have been building much faster than we thought. We are kind of in a growing pain stage right now i would like to do bigger projects like this more often but we dont have the man power to turn them out quick enough so we have to slip in quicker less expensive trucks to turn faster at times. we hope in the near future to find one more good builder to add to out team here but it has to be the right person. We are kinda like family here for the most part. Thanks for checking out the videos

yes we do! been having a bit of a time getting restocked on dual revs because of the carona stuff but we are recieving new shipments much faster now

We used the rear half off a 2016 Peterbilt and also the front axle off the 2016. Depends on what you call expensive.

I am a bit late, but are the newer trucks now being equipped with disc brakes instead of drum style?
its an option on the newer truck. most people like it much better. quicker stopping and they do not freeze up during the winter, also a plus many DOT have yet to figure out how to inspect them

Friend what was all done to the engine,remand heads, injectors, oe short block inners,accessory drive and what's the horse power set at. By the way awsome job on the lip stick work she looks great
That engine coupled with the 18 spd make that truck worth every penny.
If I could pass a DOT physical I would get it.
All the engine really needs is the intake wire brushed and rust converter and I think it would look great under the hood as well. I would not be ashamed to open the hood at the fuel station
Does Iowa customs make deck plates and the seat mount plates?
