Starting from February next year I'll be on a full time job again, so won't have to worry about digging into my savings anymore, as I have been for the past few months. And this time I have to get into a pilates class, seriously! I'm turning 40 next year, and I am as slim as I have ever been, but I can definitely feel the difference in my levels of energy, and don't feel comfortable with this stomach fat that I have gained over the past year. I don't smoke or drink, and I don't really eat junk on a regular basis. But after one reaches their late 30s that's not enough anymore. One does have to exercise. The last time I went for a proper work out session was like 7 years ago, and at the time to gain weight actually (with a personal trainer and everything) because I was too skinny due to depression. Most people gain weight when they are depressed, but not me, I just stop eating. I could never understand that, if when you are depressed you just want to roll over and die then how do you get the strength to go for the fridge or do food shopping? lol God knows that whenever I have been depressed I could hardly summon the strength to go to the bathroom.
