    #BeOneTeam is the first ever team to introduce indoor cycling as a spinning dance in Mongolia. We provide customers with the most talented and well experienced instructors. Our studio is a role model to the spinning society in Mongolia. Since our establishment we’ve done various projects for the promotion of the sports that made us pioneer spinners in the industry.

    pero a este ritmo lo asen sin ninguna resistensia..en la bicicleta...alguien diganme o a cuanta resistencia tiene

      El sprint parte de la resistencia media o alta, ya sea de pie o sentado, jamás debe ejecutarse sin resistencia. El sprint no se caracteriza tanto por la velocidad, sino por la INTENSIDAD de pedaleo.
      Te aconsejo que no copies absolutamente nada de lo que vez en este video.

      Podrían tener 1, 2 o 3 resistencias. Pq si no tienen nada de resistencia, ni lo controlas y puede ser muy malo, rebotarias e incluso peligroso

    hahaha...couldn't stop laughing. It's entertaining and funny. Don't take this seriously people, this is an extremely wrong way to train for sprints either for a road bike or a sprint bike. But it's funny lol...head to the right, head to the left now clap clap clap :))))

      Well it may look funny to you because you haven't experienced it yet. Some people see us from a very judgemental point of view. Once they ride with us they understand why we do it this way. This type of indoor cycling lets you forget that you are actually exercising so that you feel like you are dancing on the bike in such an exciting environment.

      Be One Cycling Studio and I will not experience this any time soon as I like to ride my road bike quite seriously so what you guys do there is not proper training, especially for sprints. But again looks entertaining and to me personally funny :) it's Hollywood'ish if you get my grip, nothing essentially wrong with it except it is definitely not a proper training for sprints on a real road bike. Your cadence is too high for the resistance which I assume is quite light looking at the video.

      Thank you for your reply. You are not the very first person to underestimate us. People, who have same idea just like you, come to our class and realize it is not a joke. FYI: It is the only 2 minutes part of an entire 50 minute class. We do offer variety of exercises on the bike with different levels of resistance.

    Los que dicen que esto no es spinning... como tal no lo és. Pero és otro tipo de ejercicio para trabajar la estabilidad abdominal, si os fijáis solo mueven el tren superior y las piernas siguen igual. Y tampoco estan mucho rato por cada fase como para dañar la columna.
    Antes de comentar basuras, informaos un poco o pensad xD
