Good video! My Walmart sunnybreak rower broke on me recently. I've only had it a few years and only used it at most 3 times a week 30 minutes each time. I'm 6ft tall and 250, I have built up to say medium tension to a little above medium.
This rower of yours looks good better than my old rower.

6'5 or 6'6 planning on purchasing one but a bit worried that it's not long enough for me to extend my legs....
Are there are exercises you can do standing up? Can you behind the back type presses?
I have done some standing curls, but nothing else. It is not a very versatile machine, but it is a good rower.

I still like it. It is holding up well. The weight fluctuates, but the rower has been solid for me. I will have to do a follow-up.

I'm pretty tall 6'8" would this still work?
You may not be able to get full extension. I'm not sure to be honest, but if I had to guess I would say no.
LOL, getting the knob off is as hard a workout as the rowing
LOL! I find that if I lift the backend a bit, it make it easier to turn the knob.
Hope this machine has helped you lose some weight..
The machine has been beneficial and has helped me, but my diet betrayed me. So back on the grind I go 👍🏾
