Good video! My Walmart sunnybreak rower broke on me recently. I've only had it a few years and only used it at most 3 times a week 30 minutes each time. I'm 6ft tall and 250, I have built up to say medium tension to a little above medium. This rower of yours looks good better than my old rower.

So this was 9 months ago, Do you still like it? How much weight have you lost? You haven't done a follow up.
I still like it. It is holding up well. The weight fluctuates, but the rower has been solid for me. I will have to do a follow-up.

You may not be able to get full extension. I'm not sure to be honest, but if I had to guess I would say no.

Are there are exercises you can do standing up? Can you behind the back type presses?
I have done some standing curls, but nothing else. It is not a very versatile machine, but it is a good rower.
LOL, getting the knob off is as hard a workout as the rowing
LOL! I find that if I lift the backend a bit, it make it easier to turn the knob.
How is it holding up after 6 months of use?
So far, so good. No issues to speak of.
