If you see the resource link in the description box (viewable on desktop), for air the first 0.5kg is ¥19 while for sea shipping, the first 1kg is ¥21 So it really depends on the item you’re getting but generally, air shipping is more expensive than sea shipping. Generally the Cainiao shipping is a bit more restrictive in the items they allow to ship especially if it’s fragile because there’s high chance of it breaking and I’d think that they don’t want to risk that. Which is also why people prefer to use third party forwarders as they’re less restrictive! We’ll be doing a video on that soon, so do subscribe so you don’t miss it! :)

Hi Rebecca, ya returning the TB products to China is very not ideal for us because of the cost. If you used Cainiao, apparently they have a new functions that aids in returning the goods! However if you didn’t use Cainiao, you can try asking EKLINK although I’ve not done it before. A popular return method that I’ve read is using QXPRESS! Maybe you can explore that option

Hi Muhammad! It seems that direct shipping isn’t allowed for the bicycle. I would suggest trying for sea shipment instead for it as it’s a larger item!

Direct shipping will in fact be a lot more expensive because you’re getting each seller to directly send you items and I’d assume that direct shipping cost from China to Caribbean won’t be the cheapest. I’d suggest to stick to a courier service! However, it would be better for you to find one that’s based in China. So that means Taobao ships your item to the local China warehouse, and the local China warehouse will consolidate and ship it to you.

Hi there! I believe the goods within Cainiao will have to be shipped out within 30 days from receiving. But if the 2nd payment to ship out isn't made, I'm assuming it will be cancelled or simply left there.
Hi Declan, hope it's not too late but you don't have to! For Direct Shipping, the seller will send the items directly to you and will not go through any Cainiao or 3rd party warehouse :)
