Jeff Jones hi, thanks 😄 1. Shipping address on Taobao for your account is your actual address and when you choose the forwarder as shipping mode, the address given to the seller will be forwarder address 2. There is a contact seller option on the app/webpage. But I’m not sure about contraband

After I typed in my address, above the typed in address is a mandatory section that asks me to “选择城市”, and the selections are 2 or more areas in sg with a s/n number in front (eg 56 Bishan Ang Mo Kio) and there are also duplicates of each of the estates. If my estate is amk, do I select any random one with amk in it?

Hello! That’s quite a weird issue. Not all sellers ship to SG.. but if you’re using a forwarder the seller doesn’t have to ship internationally. Check that you’re on the 新加坡 taobao.

I contacted the warehouse & they told me to check with seller and eventually the seller refunded me and took back the goods. I suggest you try to contact the warehouse of your forwarder world.taobao.com/markets/all/contact/forwarder

look for the first 2 digits of ur postal code! eg ur postal code is 560xxx, then choose 56 bishan amk

That's mean u nd to hv a 3rd party forwarder. Ship it to their China warehouse. Fr there dis 3rd party will ship to you in SG.
Many sellers dnt international shipping. That's why some people use other logistics instead of 菜鸟

It normally takes awhile to ship domestically from your airport. I’m not too sure it depends on your local postal service
