Just the fact that Road Quest 2 was said to be "When" and not "If" just fills my heart
I will watch anything with Alex in it. You are the best man. I wouldn't be a loyal fan of more than a decade if not for him.
Also, super excited about the possibility of a Road Quest 2!
Love these morning coffee vods. so relaxing
They could always do a "Morning Coffee with..." bonus stream.
It's fascinating and very nice to see the Alex/James dynamic after the hilarity and dismay of Alex/James&Ben in Road Quest, with James and Ben being super 'on' and Alex just not prepared to spend time in the middle of that. You know it's a bit, but all the same it makes such good sense that James would have an 'Alex gear' that is perfectly servicable and fine. I bet Ben has that gear too. But the travelling Ben And James Road Show, hoo boy :)
Oh, man, I had those Crash Test Dummies toys. It was kind of weird too, because the show (yes, they had a show) did not air in my region at all.
They were terrible, the springs inside broke really fast. Good memory though.
I had them too. I loved them for some reason.
The other ones I loved were the hot wheels with crash damage that flipped over when you hit them.

That was so wonderful to watch while building some old Dark Riders for Age of Sigmar. Thanks! You two should definitely take that noodle trip :)
31:00 For YEARS , I thought that this SDCC bus trip was a bit you all did for Desert Bus instead, so clearly I am old and my brain is frail, but I do remember it. :D
I love finding out that Alex also read a lot of Tintin and Asterix as a kid. Tintin was one of my first literary experiences, thanks to my dad reading them to me.
1:13:13 Lower Decks is FANTASTIC and the crossover somehow captures the character of both shows, it's very impressive!
Had to drive the 401 last week to get to Ottawa, OH MY GOD I HATE that highway. I've only been here since March and have already seen it way too many times.
14:38 "kid's toys based on profoundly adult movies" is the opposite of the gritty reboot trend, and I wonder if there's a cultural or psychological connection there.
Man, I literally moved in 2007 to within 5 miles of Disneyland and Medieval Times, what a coincidence.
I'm just over here taking notes on what movies I need to watch. Or rewatch
Road question 2: Las Vegas, Utah’s National Parks / Grand Canyon, and Denver to finish/fly back. Perfect week or so of time right there. Or or San Francisco to Sacramento then into Nevada etc. etc. I don’t know I’m just spitballing.
Oh, God, I remember the guys with the cards for "adult" services in Las Vegas. My friends and I called them clickers, which was all the funnier when The Last Of Us came out.
If you've never seen the Toxic Avenger musical, make it a point to. It's so good lol.
My two favorite toys were the crash test dummies and Toxic Crusader (the cartoon name) somehow both were mentioned in the comments, can't wait to see this video on how that happened?! Haha
