I’ve tightened all the straps but mine still sits way too low. Am I doing something wrong??

Would you really put a newborn in it? My guy is 5 weeks old, I’m not sure he’s safe inside there.

It depends on the size of your little one, you would need to put the straps on tighter, however obviously use it when you feel most comfortable to :-)

No it shouldn’t, most of the weight should be on your shoulders.
