Its a shame i am living in Jamaica now after 50 odd yrs so i know where you are you can make money there with that lovely food and i know the English love our food they will spend their money likewise the Jamaicans. A very goid idea as you said its the firsf time experience for Selfridges. One thing in the Uk we love our food no matter what it cost. All the best.

Rice, in a wrap, is a crime.
Like a rice sandwich
Contemporary and modern it is not. Let's be honest here, this is a convenient non fussy way to eat tasty food on the go in an area of high footfall. A Jamaican version of the Mexican places you find around London which isn't a bad thing from a business perspective but not a culinary trailblazer sorry.
Agreed
Good channel
