    I have turned to melatonin due to side effects of acetaminophen,

      Too much acetaminophen can cause autistic side effects

      ​@@donaldyoung6476 you should pair it with deep breathing exercises. Take a deep slow breath in, then a sharp inhale to fill all of the empty spaces. Hold breath for 10 seconds. Exhale entirely and hold breath for 10 seconds. Do that until you fall asleep. Takes me less than 5 minutes.

      Careful with taking melatonin often , it can make the body stop producing it on its own. If u take tart cherry juice it helps the body produce more naturally . Also magnesium and ashwaghanda can help with sleep as well. Many people are deficient in magnesium and don’t even know it.

      That was a great choice I recommend you to take 5 htp with melatonin before bed or 1cap of magnesium citrate with 1cap of potassium citrate I suffered stroke and my sleep is out of control so I have been trying both ways and they are natural supplements no pharmaceuticals drugs but anybody with a normal immune system will benefit from taking one of these supplements I had recommended you try it and good night sleep 😴💤
