    At 2:14 that "Bronze" looked an awful lot like Aluminium. Am I missing something?

    I can't believe you are a beginner, but you'd better go for ceramic shell casting. The surface finish will be far better and you will not see misruns

    Thanks for sharing the whole process. Very carefully and precise handled. A question, do you spray plaster of Paris as first layer onto the piece? Or is it a ceramic base shell? :)

      The red stuff he sculpted with is wax. Putting the molds in a hot kiln caused the wax to liquefy, flow out of the molds, and then burn up.
