Thank you so much for your video. Most other videos i looked at just said get rid of the crumbs and that will fix the problem but your suggestion of cleaning the electromagnet surfaces with sand paper worked a dream for me. 👍
There are screws on the bottom, then tabs that required sliding the cover to one side. You can probably go to the manufacturer's website and get some tips.
